Resumo: This essay attempts to reflect on how two almanacs depicted the Great War (1914-1918) through their editorial features. It also aims to explain and understand how the Hachette Almanac (1894-1923) and the Bertrand Almanac (1900-1923) approach each other and diverge from the point of view of two key aspects of the readings: an editorial history of the almanacs and how, in both, they seek to interpret, represent and construct images of the experience of the Great War.
