Venezuela: the Communes as a motto for the transition against conservative regression

Resumo: Hugo Chávez referred to the Communes as the basis of the new Bolivarian Republic, the support of the government and the guarantee of a change in the nature of the State, from capitalist to anti-capitalist. However, the actions of Maduro's government show an accelerated tendency to reverse the anti-capitalist measures, reconsolidate the bourgeois state and guarantee the survival of a newly emerged bourgeoisie. Maduro would like to make a pact to survive, but he cannot. Therefore, the government implements surrendered policies in an opening plan. To understand these setbacks and trends in Venezuela, we must review what the Communes were, what they are now, and where they are going. This is the purpose of this essay.

Maduro quisiera pactar para sobrevivir, pero no puede hacerlo. Por lo tanto, el gobierno avanza con políticas de entrega en un plan aperturista. Para comprender esos retrocesos y tendencias en Venezuela, debemos revisar y repasar que fueron, que son y hacia donde van las Comunas. Eso nos proponemos en el siguiente escrito.Hugo Chávez referiu-se às Comunas como as bases da nova República Bolivariana, o apoio do governo e a garantia de mudança da natureza do Estado, de capitalista a anticapitalista. No entanto, as ações do governo Maduro mostram uma tendência acelerada para reverter as medidas anticapitalistas, reconsolidar o estado burguês e garantir a sobrevivência de uma burguesia recém-surgida. Maduro gostaria de fazer um pacto para sobreviver, mas não pode. Portanto, o governo implementa políticas de entrega em um plano de abertura. Para entender esses retrocessos e tendências na Venezuela, devemos revisar o que eram as Comunas, o que são agora e para onde estão indo.
