THE HISTORY OF MATHEMATICS IN LESSON PLANS OF THE TEACHER PORTAL – MEC

Resumo: The Teacher Portal is a platform created on the website of the Ministry of Education, which publishes suggestions for lessons plans prepared and sent by Basic Education teachers from all over the country. Such plans bring several pedagogical resources, among them the History of Mathematics. This paper presents the results of a master's thesis that aimed to analyze how the History of Mathematics was addressed in the lessons plans for the final years of Elementary School, published in the Teacher Portal from 2009 to 2013. There were found 71 lessons plans which included references to the History of Mathematics. Ten of those lessons plans were selected for the discursive analysis of the methodological reference of Thompson's Depth Hermeneutics (2011). Each selected lesson plan addresses one of the mathematical contents discriminated in the Portal and proposes the History of Mathematics in different items of the prepared lessons. The analysis revealed that the resources to the History of Mathematics converge to the pedagogical possibilities pointed out in the theoretical reference about your approach in education.

Tales planes traen diversos recursos pedagógicos, entre los cuales la Historia de las Matemáticas. Se presenta en este texto los resultados de una disertación de maestría que tuvo como objetivo analizar cómo la Historia de las Matemáticas fue abordada en los planes de clases para los años finales de la Enseñanza Fundamental, publicados en el Portal del Profesor, en el período 2009 a 2013. Se encontraron 71 planes de clase que traían menciones a la Historia de la Matemática, de los cuales diez fueron seleccionados para el análisis discursivo del referencial metodológico de la Hermenéutica de Profundidad de Thompson (2011). Cada plan seleccionado aborda uno de los contenidos matemáticos discriminados en el Portal y propone la Historia de la Matemática en diferentes ítems de las clases elaboradas. Los análisis revelaron que los recursos a la Historia de la Matemática convergen para las posibilidades pedagógicas apuntadas en el referencial teórico acerca de su enfoque en la enseñanza.O Portal do Professor é uma plataforma criada no site do Ministério da Educação, que publica sugestões de planos de aula elaborados e encaminhados por professores da Educação Básica de todo o país. Tais planos trazem diversos recursos pedagógicos, dentre os quais a História da Matemática. Apresenta-se, neste texto, os resultados de uma dissertação de mestrado que teve como objetivo analisar como a História da Matemática, que foi abordada nos planos de aula para os anos finais do ensino fundamental, publicados no Portal do Professor, no período de 2009 a 2013. Foram encontrados 71 planos de aula que traziam menções à História da Matemática, dos quais dez foram selecionados para a análise discursiva do referencial metodológico da Hermenêutica de Profundidade de Thompson (2011). Cada plano selecionado aborda um dos conteúdos matemáticos discriminados no Portal e propõe a História da Matemática em diferentes itens das aulas elaboradas.
