Resumo: The Brazilian Princess School is an institution that promotes activities only for girls, and is focused on their personal, social and moral development. The objective of this study was to understand the effects of meanings about femininity promoted on the Princess School website. Some discursive sequences analyzed using Michel Pêcheux’s discourse analysis highlighted discursive regularities that emphasize a traditionalist and conservative morality for girls and reaffirm their compassion, submission, and an inequality between genders.

O objetivo deste estudo foi compreender os efeitos de sentidos sobre feminilidade no site da Escola de Princesas. Foram estabelecidas algumas sequências discursivas, analisadas a partir da análise do discurso pêcheuxtiana, que destacaram regularidades discursivas que enfatizam uma moralidade tradicionalista e conservadora para as meninas e que reiteram sua compassividade, submissão e a desigualdade de/entre os gêneros.A Escola de Princesas é uma instituição que promove atividades unicamente para meninas visando ao seu desenvolvimento pessoal, social e moral.
