Undercover Potencies of the Body: from Flâneur to Cruiser

Resumo: From the observation on the current condition of the body in the spatial experience – apathetic, ephemeral and uninterested (COSTA, 2007; FERREIRA, 2014) and aiming for a sensitive awareness of the body to the experience, especially to the intimate scales, the work weaves its main discussion analyzing the flâneur and the cruiser to build the main discussion: thinking the gaps found in the contemporary spatial experience from the possibilities of body empowering. For that purpose, the cruising movement is elected as a way to rethink the relation of body and space in the development of an aesthetic urban experience, bringing to light new potential acting for architectural design.

For that purpose, the cruising movement is elected as a way to rethink the relation of body and space in the development of an aesthetic urban experience, bringing to light new potential acting for architectural design.A partir da constatação da atual condição do corpo no que tange à experiência espacial – uma relação apática, efêmera e descontraída, tendo por objetivo a sensibilização para a experiência do corpo, especialmente nas escalas íntimas – em uma micropercepção –, este trabalho se apoia nas figuras do flâneur e do cruiser para tecer sua discussão principal: pensar as lacunas encontradas na apropriação do espaço a partir das potências do corpo na condição contemporânea.
