Resumo: The family is the melting pot where potential energies develop from the human being. These immense forces that impel a person may be constructive or destructive. To identify them, as well as to dimension them in reparation actions is the aim of this work. The mens legislatory, in this sense, has created mechanisms for the protection of values, which confers the family the status of an institution.
