Resumo: | It is a fact that society has gone through several transformations which the law must always accompany. Recently, with the advent of new technologies, in order to achieve greater procedural speed, especially in the face of such a conflicting society, the Brazilian judicial system started to adopt some tools equipped with artificial intelligence to assist in various ways, such as, for example, counting of procedural deadlines. Thus, in order to provide legal certainty for the parties and the process itself, Resolution 332 of 2020 of the National Council of Justice came to recommend ethical guidelines for the use of these tools in Brazilian law. Thus, this study focused on studying the artificial intelligence tools at work in the judiciary in the Brazilian territory, as well as the purpose of the aforementioned resolution of the CNJ and its effects. To carry out this research, the hypothetical-deductive method was used, with the technique of bibliographic research, using the exploratory type, with a qualitative approach. |
