Resumo: This work has the objective of demonstrating the importance of a mediator in the questions that involve matrimonial dissolution, and thus eliminating family degradation, and demonstrating that there is no winner or loser in these questions. The family mediation service sees to the cases with the help of qualified professionals and without the formalities of a judicial process, and thus brings benefits to family entities.
