Resumo: The purposeof the study the phenology of five tree species - Dinizia excelsa, Manilkara paraensis, Lecythis poiteaui, Peltogyne paradoxa and Goupia glabra, through the flowering and fructification phenophases associated to the precipitation pluviometric. The study was developed in an area of tropical forest dense with approximately 1.200 ha, located in the community of Mazagão/Amapá. The observation had duration of 26 months, beginning from October 1997 to November of 1999, being the monitored head offices every 30 days. The species Dinizia excelsa, Peltogyne paradoxa and Goupia glabra demonstrated their phenophases of initiate flowering at that time with predominance rainy and concluded at that time of drought, and fructification including the transition drought/rainy. The specie Manilkara paraensis presented flowering in the drought period, and fructification for the periods dry and rainy with begin during the period of smaller pluviometric precipitation. The specie Lecythis poiteaui manifested the flowering event and fructification during the rainy period, being notable for the five species studied tendencies to the annual pattern of flowering and fructification. The species Dinizia excelsa, Manilkara paraensis, Peltogyne paradoxa and Goupia glabra presented synchrony index high for the phenophases flowering and fructification, while the species Lecythis poiteaui presented index of synchrony of perfect flowering with Z=1 and synchrony of high fructification with larger predominance. Keywords: Forest management, ecology, pluviometric precipitation.
