Resumo: This work compiles an updated list of shrimp species from the State of Pará in freshwater, estuarine and marine environments, based on data published in scientific articles, taxonomic notes and scientific bulletins. A total of 82 species were reported, distributed in 17 families. The families with the highest frequency of studies were: Palaemonidae (27 species; 32.93%), Penaeidae (12 species; 14.63%) including an invasive species (Penaeus monodon), and Alpheidae (10 species; 12.19%). The least frequent families were Psalidopodidae, Lysmatidae, Ogyrididae, Processidae and Glyphocrangonidae, all with a single species studied. Most of the listed species have a marine habit or life cycle linked to the estuaries. The families with the highest frequency of species are listed as at risk of overexploitation, which requires a reorganization of the management of this type of fishing in the state of Pará.Keywords: Crustacea, Decapoda, Occurrence, Richness, Fisheries.

Universidade Federal do AmapáQuaresma, Miani CorrêaMartinelli-Lemos, Jussara Moretto2020-12-08info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionArtigo Avaliado pelos Paresapplication/pdfhttps://periodicos.unifap.br/index.php/biota/article/view/498610.18561/2179-5746/biotaamazonia.v10n3p1-6Biota Amazônia (Biote Amazonie, Biota Amazonia, Amazonian Biota); v. 10, n. 3 (2020); 1-62179-5746reponame:Biota Amazôniainstname:Universidade Federal do Amapá (UNIFAP)instacron:UNIFAPporhttps://periodicos.unifap.br/index.php/biota/article/view/4986/v10n3p1-6Amazônia, ParáDireitos autorais 2020 Biota Amazônia (Biote Amazonie, Biota Amazonia, Amazonian Biota)http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess2021-01-13T23:24:23Zoai:ojs.pkp.sfu.ca:article/4986Revistahttp://periodicos.unifap.br/index.php/biotaONGhttps://periodicos.unifap.br/index.php/biota/oai||juliosa@unifap.br2179-57462179-5746opendoar:2021-01-13T23:24:23Biota Amazônia - Universidade Federal do Amapá (UNIFAP)false
