Resumo: Third Sector organizations are undergoing several changes in recent years to increase visibility in the marketplace and offer products and services that in fact add value to the beneficiaries. In this context, this study seeks to guide the Sister Helena Child Education Center, a company in the Third Sector, regarding the importance of planning and marketing plan. The method adopted in this study was the exploratory and bibliographical research, using the semistructured interview with the main manager of the institution, as well as informal surveys carried out with the community where the Helena Infant Education Center is inserted. As a result, it was possible to understand the organization and to marketing strategies for the Sister Helena improve its services and add value to the beneficiaries.

El objetivo del presente artículo es presentar los resultados de un estudio en el que se busca orientar el Centro de Educación Infantil Hermana Helena, una empresa del Tercer Sector, en cuanto a la importancia en hacer una planificación y un plan de marketing. El método adoptado en ese estudio fue la realización de una investigación exploratoria y bibliográfica, utilizando la entrevista semiestructurada con el principal gestor de la institución, además de investigaciones informales realizadas con la comunidad donde está inserta el Centro de Educación Infantil Hermana Helena. Como resultados, fue posible entender la organización y trazar objetivos y estrategias de marketing para que el Centro de Educación Infantil Hermana Helena mejore sus servicios y agregue valor a los beneficiados.As organizações do Terceiro Setor estão passando por diversas mudanças nos últimos anos com o intuito de aumentar a visibilidade no mercado e oferecer produtos e serviços que de fato agregam valor para os beneficiados. O objetivo do presente artigo é apresentar os resultados de um estudo no qual se busca orientar o Centro de Educação Infantil Irmã Helena, uma empresa do Terceiro Setor, quanto à importância em se fazer um planejamento e um plano de marketing. O método adotado nesse estudo foi a realização de uma pesquisa exploratória e bibliográfica, utilizando-se a entrevista semiestruturada com o principal gestor da instituição, além de pesquisas informais realizadas com a comunidade onde está inserida o Centro de Educação Infantil Irmã Helena. Como resultados, foi possível entender a organização e traçar objetivos e estratégias de marketing para que o Centro de Educação Infantil Irmã Helena aprimore os seus serviços e agregue valor para os beneficiados.
