Permanent health education to qualify the reception of women victims of violence: debating a proposal

Resumo: This article aims to present a proposal for intervention, within the scope of work management and health education, to qualify the reception to women victims of domestic violence. This is an action research with qualitative approach, developed in the context of the coverage area of the Basic Health Unit (UBS) Parque Ludolf, located in the municipality of Mesquita/RJ. The methodological route was composed of three phases: exploration, planning and execution. The proposed intervention is an educational action for health workers, developed in the light of the principles and guidelines of the National Policy of Permanent Education in Health. With this intervention, it is expected that workers at UBS Parque Ludolf can have a better view. humanized to accommodate a victim of domestic violence. Moreover, that skilled workers are knowledge multipliers, in order to contribute to the reduction of the number of cases of violence against women and the professional qualification of other health workers in Mesquita. This proposal, through continuing education, could foster a more qualified approach to women's health, with an emphasis on caring for women victims of violence.

Esta es una investigación de acción con enfoque cualitativo, desarrollada en el contexto del área de cobertura de la Unidad Básica de Salud (UBS) Parque Ludolf, ubicado en el municipio de Mesquita/RJ. La ruta metodológica se compuso de tres fases: exploración, planificación y ejecución. La intervención propuesta es una acción educativa para los trabajadores de la salud, desarrollada a la luz de los principios y lineamientos de la Política Nacional de Educación Permanente en Salud. Con esta intervención, se espera que los trabajadores de UBS Parque Ludolf puedan tener una mejor visión humanizado para acomodar a una víctima de violencia doméstica. Además, los trabajadores calificados son multiplicadores de conocimiento, a fin de contribuir a la reducción del número de casos de violencia contra las mujeres y la calificación profesional de otros trabajadores de la salud en Mesquita. Esta propuesta, a través de la educación continua, podría fomentar un enfoque más calificado para la salud de las mujeres, con énfasis en el cuidado de las mujeres víctimas de violencia.Este artigo tem o objetivo de apresentar uma proposta de intervenção, no âmbito da gestão do trabalho e da educação na saúde, para qualificar o acolhimento às mulheres vítimas de violência doméstica. Trata-se de uma pesquisa-ação com abordagem qualitativa, desenvolvida no contexto da área de abrangência da Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS) Parque Ludolf, localizada no município de Mesquita/RJ. O percurso metodológico foi composto por três fases: exploração, planejamento e execução. Tem-se como proposta de intervenção uma ação educativa para trabalhadores da saúde, desenvolvida à luz dos princípios e diretrizes da Política Nacional de Educação Permanente em Saúde. Com essa intervenção, espera-se que os trabalhadores da UBS Parque Ludolf possam ter uma visão mais humanizada para acolher uma vítima de violência doméstica. Ademais, que os trabalhadores capacitados sejam agentes multiplicadores do conhecimento, a fim de contribuir com a diminuição do número de casos de violência contra a mulher e com a qualificação profissional de outros trabalhadores da saúde de Mesquita.
