Nursing care in the hemodynamics service in interventional cardiology: Integrative Review

Resumo: The objectives of this study are to identify what are the actions that constitute nursing care in hemodynamics in scientific publications and to analyze the nurse's duties in caring for patients undergoing interventional cardiological treatment in scientific publications. It is an integrative review study with a quantitative approach, the data collection instrument used to organize the content obtained in the references was a table containing the following items: per year, database, methodology, content essence and knowledge production , and authors' recommendations. In the results obtained through the analysis of articles, it was possible to understand the nursing actions in the hemodynamics service through the view of several authors. We found in the databases BDENF, LILACS, MEDLINE, PUBMED, CINAHL, COCHRANE and Scielo 188 articles with the combination of descriptors: Nursing and Cardiology and Hemodynamics. In total, 9 articles were included. Thus, it is concluded that the nurse's performance in Hemodynamics is essential to identify problems and solutions in the health-disease process, because before, during and after cardiac procedures, whether this diagnosis or treatment, the nurse must pay attention to factors that permeate the patient, so that a targeted care plan and quality care can be elaborated.

Es un estudio de revisión integrador con un enfoque cuantitativo, el instrumento de recolección de datos utilizado para organizar el contenido obtenido en las referencias era una tabla que contenía los siguientes ítems: por año, base de datos, metodología, esencia del contenido y producción de conocimiento y recomendaciones de los autores. En los resultados obtenidos a través del análisis de artículos, fue posible comprender las acciones de enfermería en el servicio de hemodinámica a través de la opinión de varios autores. Encontramos en las bases de datos artículos BDENF, LILACS, MEDLINE, PUBMED, CINAHL, COCHRANE y Scielo 188 con la combinación de descriptores: Enfermería y Cardiología y Hemodinámica. En total, se incluyeron 9 artículos. Por lo tanto, se concluye que el desempeño de la enfermera en hemodinámica es esencial para identificar problemas y soluciones en el proceso de enfermedad de salud, porque antes, durante y después de los procedimientos cardíacos, ya sea este diagnóstico o tratamiento, la enfermera debe prestar atención a factores que impregnan al paciente, para que se pueda elaborar un plan de atención específico y una atención de calidad.Os objetivos deste estudo são identificar quais são as ações que constituem a assistência de enfermagem em hemodinâmica nas publicações científicas e analisar as atribuições do enfermeiro no cuidado ao paciente em tratamento cardiológico intervencionista nas publicações científicas. Trata-se de um estudo de revisão integrativa com abordagem quantitativa, o instrumento de coleta dedados utilizado para organização do conteúdo obtido nas referências foi uma tabela contendo os seguintes itens: ao ano, base de dados, metodologia, essência do conteúdo e produção do conhecimento, e recomendações dos autores. Nos resultados obtidos através da análise de artigos foi possível compreender as ações de enfermagem no serviço de hemodinâmica através da visão de vários autores. Foram encontrados nas bases de dados BDENF, LILACS, MEDLINE, PUBMED, CINAHL, COCHRANE e Scielo 188 artigos com a combinação dos descritores: Enfermagem and Cardiologia and Hemodinâmica. No total foram incluídos 9 artigos.
