The characterization of health groups implemented by family health teams and Nasf-AB in a regional in the Municipality of Jaboatão dos Guararapes

Resumo: | Objective: to characterize health groups in a Regional Health Center in Jaboatão dos Guararapes. Methodology: This is a qualitative, transversal research of an exploratory and explanatory character. Data were collected using a semi-structured electronic form, covering the following topics: description of health groups; motivation for the development of groups; relationship between the family health team (eSF) and Nasf-AB vis-à-vis the groups; main practices developed in the groups; professionals who actively participate in the face of group practices and infrastructure for the realization of groups. The data were analyzed according to Bardin's content analysis technique. Results: The sample consisted of 16 professionals from the eSF and Nasf-AB team, all female, considering the professions of CHA, nurse, dentist, speech therapist, psychologist, social worker and physiotherapist. Final considerations: there are a large number of health groups implemented according to the demands of the territory and with different approaches, with the difficulty of lack of adequate infrastructure for the performance of collective practices, being carried out through meetings between family health teams and Nasf-AB, since Nasf-AB professionals play an important role in leading most groups. |

Metodología: Se trata de una investigación cualitativa, transversal de carácter exploratorio y explicativo. Los datos fueron recolectados utilizando un formulario electrónico semiestructurado, cubriendo los siguientes temas: descripción de grupos de salud; motivación para el desarrollo de grupos; relación entre el equipo de salud de la família (eSF) y Nasf-AB vis-à-vis los grupos; principales prácticas desarrolladas en los grupos; profesionales que participan activamente de cara a prácticas grupales e infraestructura para la realización de grupos. Los datos se analizaron según la técnica de análisis de contenido de Bardin. Resultados: La muestra estuvo conformada por 16 profesionales del eSF y Nasf-AB, todos del sexo femenino, considerando las profesiones de CHA, enfermera, dentista, logopeda, psicóloga, trabajadora social y fisioterapeuta. Consideraciones finales: existe una gran cantidad de grupos de salud implementados de acuerdo a las demandas del territorio y con diferentes enfoques, con la dificultad de falta de infraestructura adecuada para la realización de prácticas colectivas, realizándose a través de reuniones entre equipos de salud de la familia y Nasf-AB, ya que los profesionales de Nasf-AB juegan un papel importante en el liderazgo de la mayoría de los grupos.Objetivo: caracterizar os grupos de saúde em uma Regional de Saúde de Jaboatão dos Guararapes. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, transversal, de caráter exploratório e explicativo. Os dados foram coletados por meio de um formulário eletrônico semiestruturado, versando os temas: descrição dos grupos de saúde; motivação para o desenvolvimento dos grupos; relação da equipe de saúde da família (eSF) e Nasf-AB frente aos grupos; principais práticas desenvolvidas nos grupos; profissionais que participam ativamente frente às práticas grupais e infraestrutura para a realização dos grupos. Os dados foram analisados segundo a técnica de análise de conteúdo, de Bardin. Resultados: A amostra foi constituída por 16 profissionais da eSF e Nasf-AB, todas do sexo feminino, considerando as profissões de ACS, enfermeira, dentista, fonoaudióloga, psicóloga, assistente social e fisioterapeuta.
