Resumo: This study aims to conduct a literature survey about the Nursing care in the prevention of skin lesions in premature newborns in a neonatal intensive care unit. This is na integrative literature review, the search occurred in the Virtual Health Library (VHL), with the help of the databases Latin American and Caribbean Literature on Health Sciences (LILACS), Nursing Database (BDENF), MEDLINE and Scientific Eletronic Library Online (SciELO). The articles were collected may to june 2021. Were used the following descriptors: Nursing, Skin, Premature newborn, and neonatal intensive care unit. After applying the inclusion citeria, 11 studies remained. Nursing care for premature newborns must be carried out continuously and cautiously, in view of that the RNPT needs special and delicate assistance, where the nurse as a health professional must always seek appropriate strategies to carry out a care that directly influences their assistance, with a view to offering more quality of life to premature infants in the NICU.

Se trata de una revisión integradora de la literatura, buscando en las bases de datos de la Biblioteca Virtual en Salud (BVS), con la ayuda de las bases de datos de Literatura Latinoamericana y del Caribe en Ciencias de la Salud (LILACS), Base de Datos de Enfermería (BDENF), MEDLINE y Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO). Los artículos se recopilaron de mayo a junio de 2021. Después de aplicar los criterios de inclusión, quedaron 11 estudios. Los cuidados de enfermera al recién nacido prematuro debe realizarse de forma continua y cautelosa, considerando que el PTNB necesita cuidados especiales y delicados, donde el enfermero como profesional de la salud debe buscar siempre estrategias adecuadas para llevar a cabo un cuidado que incida directamente en su asistencia, con miras a ofrecer más calidad de vida a los prematuros en la UCIN.O presente estudo tem como objetivo realizar um levantamento bibliográfico acerca dos cuidados de enfermagem na prevenção de lesões de pele em recém-nascidos prematuros em unidades de terapia intensiva neonatal. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, a busca ocorreu nas bases de dados Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), com auxílio das bases de dados Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Base de Dados de Enfermagem (BDENF), MEDLINE e Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO). Os artigos foram coletados no período de maio a junho de 2021. Foram utilizando os descritores: Enfermagem, Pele, Recém-nascido prematuro e Unidades de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal. Após aplicação dos critérios de inclusão, restaram 11 estudos.
