Resumo: The objective was to evaluate the performance of common double and triple transgenic hybrids for the production and post-harvest storage of green corn ears. In the field, the treatments consisted of two corn hybrids (AG 1051 and AG 8677), arranged in a randomized block design, with fourteen replications. For the characteristics evaluated in the laboratory at post-harvest, the treatments consisted of two corn hybrids (AG 1051 and AG 8677) and two types of storage (environment and modified environment), arranged in a completely randomized experimental design, in a 2 factorial scheme. x 2, with five repetitions. The following variables were evaluated: length of the husked and husked ear, diameter of the husked and husked ear, cob diameter, marketable husked and husked ear weight, cob weight, straw, grains, number of rows, average number of grains per ear, number of ears per plant, productivity and weight loss. The triple transgenic hybrid AG 8677 fits within the standards to be marketed 'in natura' as green corn; If the marketing of green corn at the producer level is by weight of the ear 'in natura', AG 1051 is recommended; If marketing is based on the number of ears 'in natura' or by weight of processed grains, AG 8677 is recommended; The environment modified with wet cloths was more effective in reducing weight loss during storage.

En campo, los tratamientos consistieron en dos híbridos de maíz (AG 1051 y AG 8677), dispuestos en un diseño de bloques al azar, con catorce repeticiones. Para las características evaluadas en laboratorio en poscosecha, los tratamientos consistieron en dos híbridos de maíz (AG 1051 y AG 8677) y dos tipos de almacenamiento (ambiente y ambiente modificado), dispuestos en un diseño experimental completamente al azar, en un factorial 2 esquema x 2, con cinco repeticiones. Se evaluaron las siguientes variables: longitud de la mazorca descascarillada y descascarillada, diámetro de la mazorca descascarillada y descascarillada, diámetro de la mazorca, peso de la mazorca descascarillada y desgranada comercializable, peso de la mazorca, paja, granos, número de hileras, número promedio de granos por mazorca, número de mazorcas por planta, productividad y pérdida de peso. El triple híbrido transgénico AG 8677 se ajusta a los estándares para ser comercializado 'in natura' como maíz verde; Si la comercialización de maíz verde a nivel de productor es por peso de la mazorca 'in natura', se recomienda AG 1051; Si la comercialización se basa en el número de mazorcas 'in natura' o por peso de granos procesados, se recomienda AG 8677; El ambiente modificado con paños húmedos fue más efectivo para reducir la pérdida de peso durante el almacenamiento.Objetivou-se avaliar o desempenho de híbridos duplo comum e triplo transgênico para a produção e o armazenamento pós-colheita de espigas de milho verde. No campo, os tratamentos foram constituídos por dois híbridos de milho (AG 1051 e AG 8677), dispostos no delineamento em blocos casualizados, com quatorze repetições. Para as características avaliadas em laboratório na pós-colheita, os tratamentos foram constituídos por dois híbridos de milho (AG 1051 e AG 8677) e dois tipos de armazenamento (ambiente e ambiente modificado), dispostos no delineamento experimental inteiramente casualizado, no esquema fatorial 2 x 2, com cinco repetições. Foram avaliadas as seguintes variáveis: comprimento da espiga empalhada e despalhada, diâmetro de espiga empalhada e despalhada, diâmetro do sabugo, peso de espigas empalhadas e despalhadas comercializável, peso do sabugo, palha, grãos, número de fileiras, média do número de grãos por espiga, número de espigas por planta, produtividade e perda de peso.
