Reflections of an incentive reading project application in daily school context by the vision of the managers and teachers of the primary years in fundamental teaching

Resumo: The present work has the objective to verify the reflexes of the application of an incentive project to the reading in the school context under the vision of managers and teachers of the Initial Years of Basic Education I of a municipal school located in the city of Santa Maria, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. The research carried out is a case study of a qualitative nature. The sample consisted of seven participants, five of whom were class teachers and two managers. The data collection was carried out in 2017. The technique used was the structured interview. The results of the study point out that it is necessary to explore reading through reflexive practices, exercised in the classroom through questioning, analysis and discussion, stimulating the students' critical and reflective capacity, giving them exposure of ideas, subjective positions , and especially, the construction of meanings from what was introjected through reading. It is concluded that the projects to encourage reading in the daily school life can be considered as a potential agent thinking about the bias of Neuroscience, because they allow advances in the cognitive development of students who are observed in their critical and reflective posture in the classroom.

La investigación realizada es un estudio de caso, de cuño cualitativo. La muestra fue compuesta por siete participantes, siendo cinco profesores regentes de clases y dos gestores. La recolección de datos fue realizada en el año 2017. La técnica utilizada fue a la entrevista estructurada. Los resultados del estudio apuntan que es necesario explorar la lectura por medio de prácticas reflexivas, ejercitadas en el aula por medio de cuestionamientos, análisis y discusiones, estimulando la capacidad crítica y reflexiva de los estudiantes, oportunizando la exposición de ideas, posicionamientos subjetivos , y especialmente, la construcción de significados a partir de lo que fue introyectado, por medio de la lectura. Se concluye que los proyectos de incentivo a la lectura en el cotidiano escolar pueden ser considerados como agente potencializador pensando por el sesgo de la Neurociencia, pues los mismos posibilitan avances en el desarrollo cognitivo de los estudiantes que se observan en su postura crítica y reflexiva en el aula.O presente trabalho tem o objetivo verificar os reflexos da aplicação de um projeto de incentivo à leitura no contexto escolar sob a visão de gestores e professores dos Anos Iniciais do Ensino Fundamental I de uma escola municipal localizada na cidade de Santa Maria, no estado do Rio Grande do Sul. A pesquisa realizada é um estudo de caso, de cunho qualitativo. A amostra foi composta por sete participantes, sendo cinco professores regente de turmas e dois gestores. A coleta de dados foi realizada no ano de 2017. A técnica utilizada foi à entrevista estruturada.
