Resumo: Fish farming is an activity that contributes a lot to food production worldwide, and nutrition is one of the main tools for these animals to reach their maximum productivity. Food expenses are high, so to minimize this factor, experimental designs are of paramount importance as they help in providing information and statistical data for analysis. Therefore, descriptive statistics has assisted researchers to make decisions and improve future experiments, enabling data analysis using the method of multiple comparisons, which varies for each experiment. Thus, this work aimed to survey the experimental design and the tests of comparisons of means used in fish farming papers focused on the area of ​​nutrition, published in the last 20 years. Data were collected from the review of papers from the collection of periodicals, as well as internet search tools, seeking scientific journals specialized in the subject. A hundred papers were selected and tabulated in the spreadsheet Microsoft Office Excel electronics, in which the planning techniques and descriptive statistics used in each research were quantified; afterward, the analyzes were carried out in the R software. The paper concludes that most of the works in the area of ​​Fish farming in the periods from 2000 to 2020 presented satisfactory experimental planning, but concerning the description of the analysis methodology, some left something to be desired, as they did not contain all the parameters defined as essential, for the tabulation and survey of analyses.

Los gastos de alimentación son altos, por lo que para minimizar este factor, los diseños experimentales son de suma importancia, ya que ayudan a brindar información y datos estadísticos para el análisis. Por lo tanto, la estadística descriptiva ha ayudado a los investigadores a tomar decisiones y mejorar futuros experimentos, permitiendo el análisis de datos mediante el método de comparaciones múltiples, que varía para cada experimento. Así, el objetivo de este trabajo fue realizar un relevamiento sobre el diseño experimental y sobre las pruebas de comparación de medias utilizadas en artículos de piscicultura, enfocados en el área de nutrición, publicados en los últimos 20 años. Los datos fueron recolectados a partir de la revisión de artículos de la colección de publicaciones periódicas, así como de herramientas de búsqueda en internet, buscando revistas científicas especializadas en el tema. Se seleccionaron 100 artículos que fueron tabulados en la hoja de cálculo de Microsoft Office Excel, en los cuales se cuantificaron las técnicas de planificación y estadística descriptiva utilizadas en cada investigación; posteriormente, los análisis se llevaron a cabo en el software R. Concluimos que la mayoría de los trabajos en el área de Piscicultura en los períodos de 2000 a 2020 presentaron una planificación experimental satisfactoria, pero en lo que se refiere a la descripción de la metodología de análisis, algunos dejaban mucho que desear, ya que no contenían todos los parámetros definidos como esenciales, para la tabulación y levantamiento de los análisis.A piscicultura é uma atividade que contribuí muito para a produção de alimentos mundialmente, sendo a nutrição uma das principais ferramentas para que esses animais alcancem sua produtividade máxima. Os gastos com alimentação são elevados, então para minimizar esse fator, os planejamentos experimentais são de suma importância, pois auxiliam no fornecimento de informações e de dados estatísticos para análises. Portanto, a estatística descritiva tem ajudado os pesquisadores quanto à tomada de decisões e no melhoramento dos experimentos futuros, possibilitando a análise dos dados, utilizando o método de comparações múltiplas, que varia para cada experimento. Com isso, o trabalho teve como objetivo realizar um levantamento sobre o delineamento experimental e sobre os testes de comparações de médias utilizados em artigos de piscicultura, voltados para a área de nutrição, publicados nos últimos 20 anos. Os dados foram coletados a partir da revisão de artigos do acervo de periódicos, bem como ferramentas de buscas na internet, buscando revistas científicas especializadas no tema. Foram selecionados 100 artigos que foram tabulados na planilha eletrônica do Microsoft Office Excel, em que as técnicas de planejamento e as estatísticas descritivas utilizadas em cada pesquisa foram quantificadas; após, as análises foram realizadas no software R.
