Resumo: Since the beginning of the year 2020, Brazil and the world have faced a health crisis arising from the emergence and spread of COVID-19. As an emergency to combat the disease in question, the World Health Organization (WHO) recommended social distancing. However, this measure is notably incompatible with the current educational system. Therefore, it was necessary to search for digital means and technologies of communication and information, in order to guarantee a quality education, as well as greater training of the faculty to deal with the new reality. In this perspective, this work aimed to analyze the challenges in the training of education professionals in times of pandemic, in order to explain how the current conditions of teacher training and its adaptations, as well as the challenges in the school context in view of the distance policy Social. The methodology used was of a descriptive character, through a bibliographic survey, in which were articles, dissertations and theses related to the training of professionals, education and learning, as well as the challenges arising from remote teaching. The study listed the difficulties and challenges facing remote education, these coming from the specific classification for teachers, social awareness, as well as the precarious and lagged access of the school community to technological resources.

Como medida de emergencia para combatir la enfermedad en cuestión, la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) recomendó el distanciamiento social. Sin embargo, esta medida es notablemente incompatible con el sistema educativo actual. Por ello, era necesario buscar medios y tecnologías digitales de comunicación e información, a fin de garantizar una educación de calidad, así como una mayor formación del profesorado para afrontar la nueva realidad. En esta perspectiva, este trabajo tuvo como objetivo analizar los desafíos en la formación de los profesionales de la educación en tiempos de pandemia, con el fin de explicar las condiciones actuales de la formación docente y sus adaptaciones, así como los desafíos en el contexto escolar en torno a la política de distancia social. La metodología utilizada fue descriptiva, a través de una revisión de la literatura, en la que se analizaron artículos, disertaciones y tesis relacionadas con la formación de profesionales, la educación y la enseñanza-aprendizaje, así como los respectivos desafíos derivados de la educación a distancia. El estudio enumeró las dificultades y desafíos frente a la educación a distancia, que se derivan de la falta de formación específica del profesorado, de la conciencia social, así como del acceso precario y rezagado de la comunidad escolar a los recursos tecnológicos.Desde o início do ano de 2020, o Brasil e o mundo têm enfrentado uma crise sanitária advinda do surgimento e propagação do COVID-19. Como medida de emergência de combate à doença em questão, a Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS), recomendou o distanciamento social. No entanto, essa medida é, notadamente, incompatível com o sistema educacional atual. Diante disso, se fez necessária a busca por meios e tecnologias digitais de comunicação e informação, de modo a garantir uma educação de qualidade, bem como maior capacitação do corpo docente para lidar com a nova realidade. Nessa perspectiva, este trabalho teve por objetivo analisar os desafios na formação de profissionais de educação em época de pandemia, de modo a explanar as atuais condições da formação docente e suas adaptações, bem como os desafios no contexto escolar frente à política de distanciamento social. A metodologia utilizada foi de característica descritiva, através de uma revisão bibliográfica, em que foram analisados artigos, dissertações e teses relacionados à formação de profissionais, a educação e o ensino-aprendizagem, bem como os respectivos desafios oriundos do ensino remoto. O estudo elencou as dificuldades e desafios perante o ensino remoto, sendo estes oriundos da ausência de formação específica para professores, a consciência social, bem como o precário e defasado acesso da comunidade escolar a recursos tecnológicos.
