Nursing in the context of psychosocial care: asylum imbrications

Resumo: Objective: the research aimed to analyze the performance of nursing in a Psychosocial Care Center in the northeastern semiarid. Method: the research has a descriptive character with a qualitative approach and focus, carried out in a Psychosocial Care Center for Alcohol and Other Drugs 24 hours in the backlands of Pernambuco with nine nursing professionals, five nurses and four nursing technicians. The empirical material was produced through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using the discourse analysis technique. Results: still fragmented view of nursing, with a focus on health problems and focused on uniprofessional care; difficulties in integration with other professionals and failure to recognize their competence in the area of ​​psychosocial care. Final considerations: in general, nursing still presents impediments in inserting itself in the context of psychosocial care, and it is necessary to reorganize the modes of care so that what is proposed in the Brazilian psychiatric reform becomes effective, an innovative posture of professionals who prioritize the person and health promotion.

Método: La investigación tiene un carácter descriptivo con un enfoque y enfoque cualitativo, llevado a cabo en un Centro de Atención Psicosocial para el Alcohol y Otras Drogas las 24 horas en las zonas remotas de Pernambuco con nueve profesionales de enfermería, cinco enfermeras y cuatro técnicos de enfermería. El material empírico se produjo a través de entrevistas semiestructuradas y se analizó utilizando la técnica de análisis del discurso. Resultados: visión aún fragmentada de enfermería, con enfoque en problemas de salud y atención uniprofesional; dificultades en la integración con otros profesionales y falta de reconocimiento de su competencia en el área de la atención psicosocial. Consideraciones finales: en general, la enfermería aún presenta impedimentos para insertarse en el contexto de la atención psicosocial, y es necesario reorganizar los modos de atención para que lo que se propone en la reforma psiquiátrica brasileña sea efectiva, una postura innovadora de profesionales que priorizan a la persona y promoción de la salud.Objetivo: a pesquisa visou analisar a atuação da enfermagem em um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial do semiárido nordestino. Método: a pesquisa tem caráter descritivo com abordagem e enfoque qualitativo, realizada em um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial Álcool e Outras Drogas 24 horas do sertão pernambucano com nove profissionais de enfermagem, sendo cinco enfermeiros e quatro técnicos de enfermagem. O material empírico foi produzido por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas e analisado pela técnica de análise de discurso. Resultados: visão ainda fragmentada da enfermagem, com foco em agravos e centrada na atenção uniprofissional; dificuldades de integração com os demais profissionais e o não reconhecimento de sua competência na área da atenção psicossocial.
