Female empowerment in the countryside: The trajectory of peasant women in agrovila Paulo Freire in the municipality of Mossoró - RN

Resumo: The struggle of women for the conquest of rights marks the history of societies, through social and political movements, they currently enjoy some rights in the city or in the countryside. Female empowerment is a process of struggles and achievements. Women persisted in transformative political and social movements, such as social inclusion, education, professionalization and for their rights as citizens, constituting the aforementioned empowerment; therefore, it is opportune to associate it with the feminist conception. The dissertation The Trajectory of Peasant Women in Agrovila Paulo Freire in the Municipality of Mossoró-RN aims to analyze the trajectory of women in Agrovila Paulo Freire, Municipality of Mossoró-RN with the aim of fostering female peasant empowerment in the bonds of work, resulting in a filmographic documentary that serves as a pedagogical and identity tool. However, each brings in their life stories their beliefs, utopias and aspirations. Therefore, the research proposes to answer the following research question: How have rural women's life stories influenced labor relations and economic and social development in Agrovila Paulo Freire? The research is qualitative and descriptive and consists of a documentary that rescues the life story of the participating women and the settlement. In the film, their stories are recreated so that others can watch and understand their individualities, values, cultures and everyday struggles. The documentary can be used as a didactic material in teacher training, in schools or other institutions, showing the viewer a way of 'reading' history, understanding and understanding reality in a non-dichotomous, not black and white, but also presence of gray tones. In the results and discussions we found the link between formal and non-formal knowledge.

El empoderamiento femenino es un proceso de luchas y logros. Las mujeres persistieron en movimientos políticos y sociales transformadores, como la inclusión social, la educación, la profesionalización y por sus derechos como ciudadanas, constituyendo el referido empoderamiento; por tanto, es oportuno asociarlo a la concepción feminista. La disertación La Trayectoria de la Mujer Campesina en Agrovila Paulo Freire en el Municipio de Mossoró-RN tiene como objetivo analizar la trayectoria de la mujer en Agrovila Paulo Freire, Municipio de Mossoró-RN con el objetivo de fomentar el empoderamiento de la mujer campesina en los lazos de trabajo, resultando en un documental filmográfico que sirve como herramienta pedagógica e identitaria. Las agricultoras son sujetos clave en el proceso de empoderamiento de la mujer campesina. Sin embargo, cada uno trae en sus historias de vida sus creencias, utopías y aspiraciones. Por tanto, la investigación se propone dar respuesta a la siguiente pregunta de investigación: ¿Cómo han influido las historias de vida de las mujeres rurales en las relaciones laborales y el desarrollo económico y social en Agrovila Paulo Freire? La investigación es cualitativa y descriptiva y consiste en un documental que rescata la historia de vida de las mujeres participantes y el asentamiento. La técnica utilizada en la recolección de datos es la entrevista. En la película, sus historias se recrean para que otros puedan ver y comprender sus individualidades, valores, culturas y luchas cotidianas. El documental puede ser utilizado como material didáctico en la formación del profesorado, en escuelas u otras instituciones, mostrando al espectador una forma de 'leer' la historia, comprender y comprender la realidad de una forma no dicotómica, no en blanco y negro, sino también en presencia de grises. tonos. A dissertação A Trajetória das Mulheres Camponesas na Agrovila Paulo Freire no Município de Mossoró-RN visa analisar a trajetória das mulheres da Agrovila Paulo Freire, Município de Mossoró-RN com o intuito de fomentar o empoderamento feminino camponês nos liames do trabalho, resultando em um documentário filmográfico que sirva de ferramenta pedagógica e identitária. Entretanto, cada uma traz em suas histórias de vida suas crenças, utopias e anseios. Diante disso, a pesquisa propõe-se a responder a seguinte questão de investigação: De que forma as histórias de vida das mulheres do campo têm influenciado as relações de trabalho e o desenvolvimento econômico e social na Agrovila Paulo Freire? A pesquisa é de cunho qualitativo descritiva e consta de um documentário que resgata a história de vida das mulheres participantes e do assentamento. A técnica utilizada na coleta de dados é a entrevista. No filme, suas histórias são recriadas para que outros assistam e compreendam suas individualidades, valores, culturas e lutas cotidianas. O documentário pode ser usado como um material didático na formação de professores, nas escolas ou outras instituições, mostrando ao telespectador uma forma de ‘ler’ a história, entender e compreender a realidade de maneira não dicotômica, não preto e branco, mas também a presença dos tons cinza.
