Entrepreneurial context for professional nurses in the business environment: a narrative review of the literature

Summary: The entrepreneurship consists of a set of actions in order to act with innovation and generate satisfactory income. Entrepreneurship requires persistence, initiative and creativity. Thus, the present work is a narrative literature review and aims to contextualize business entrepreneurship practices within the scope of Nursing. Data collection was performed electronically using the health terminologies "entrepreneurship" and "Nursing", interrelated by the Boolean operator "AND", including complete and free articles published between 2017 and 2021, published in Portuguese and excluding duplicates. 65 articles were located in the consulted databases and 11 established as the body of analysis. The review described the justifications for the search for and adherence to entrepreneurial activities, the profile of the enterprising Nurse, the possible areas of action in business entrepreneurship for nurses and the challenges of entrepreneurial practice in Nursing, demonstrating that entrepreneurship is able to open a door for that Nursing is seen, with strength and protagonism, in all its potential by society, building better the Brazilian Nursing.

El espíritu empresarial requiere perseverancia, iniciativa y creatividad. Así, el presente trabajo es una revisión narrativa de la literatura y tiene como objetivo contextualizar las prácticas del emprendimiento empresarial en el contexto de la Enfermería. La recolección de datos se realizó electrónicamente utilizando las terminologías de salud "emprendimiento" y "Enfermería", interrelacionadas por el operador booleano "AND", incluyendo artículos completos y gratuitos publicados entre 2017 y 2021, publicados en portugués y excluidos los duplicados. Se ubicaron 65 artículos en las bases de datos consultadas y 11 se establecieron como cuerpo de análisis. La revisión describió las justificaciones de la búsqueda y adhesión a actividades emprendedoras, el perfil del Enfermero emprendedor, las posibles áreas de acción en el emprendimiento empresarial para enfermeras y los desafíos de la práctica emprendedora en Enfermería, demostrando que el emprendimiento es capaz de abrir una puerta. para que la Enfermería sea vista, con fuerza y protagonismo, en todo su potencial por la sociedad, construyendo mejor la Enfermería Brasileña.O empreendedorismo consiste em um conjunto de ações com a finalidade de atuar com inovação e gerar rendimento satisfatório. Empreender requer persistência, iniciativa e criatividade. Dessa forma, o presente trabalho trata-se de uma revisão narrativa de literatura e tem o intuito de contextualizar as práticas de empreendedorismo empresarial no âmbito da Enfermagem. A coleta de dados foi realizada através do meio eletrônico utilizando a terminologias em saúde “empreendedorismo” e “Enfermagem”, inter-relacionadas pelo operador booleano “AND”, incluindo artigos completos e gratuitos publicados entre 2017 e 2021, divulgados em língua portuguesa e excluindo duplicatas. Foram localizados 65 artigos nas bases de dados consultadas e estabelecidos 11 como corpo de análise.
