Trajetórias Criativas: the challenges of teachers in interdisciplinary activities and integrating actions

Resumo: This manuscript aims to identify the factors that generate challenges for teachers in carrying out interdisciplinary activities and integrating actions in the Programa Trajetórias Criativas. This program provides the aims to correct the distortion age-years in young people between the ages of 15 and 17 who are in the final years of primary school. Based on a theoretical-methodological approach, proposes open educational actions through an integrated work of different, favoring the development of autonomy, creation, protagonism and authorship in the group of teachers and students. The research was developed from a qualitative approach, and subjects were six teachers from a State Elementary School, located in the municipality of Alvorada/RS. The data collection took place through a semi-structured interview. The analysis of data and information was based on the Discursive Textual Analysis approach developed by Roque Moraes and Maria do Carmo Galiazzi. The analysis pointed out as factors that generate challenges: the extensive work day of teachers, absence of Internet in schools, low or non-existent financial investment for field trips, scarcity of meetings for planning, absence of students' families within the school environment and lack of psychological follow-up in schools. It is hoped that the results of this research can assist teachers, managers, the team of the Programa Trajetórias Criativas/UFRGS and the State Secretariat of Rio Grande do Sul to recognize the challenges that teachers face daily in the development of differentiated activities. Still, it is hoped that accompanied by this recognition, there will be greater investments in public education.

Este programa prevé la corrección de la distorsión de edad-año en jóvenes de 15 a 17 años que están en la escuela primaria. Basado en un enfoque teórico-metodológico, es propone acciones educativas abiertas a través de un trabajo integrado de diferentes áreas, favoreciendo el desarrollo de la autonomía, la creación, el protagonismo y la autoría en el grupo de profesores y alumnos. La investigación se desarrolló desde un enfoque cualitativo, los sujetos de la investigación fueron seis profesores de una escuela primaria estatal, situada en el municipio de Alvorada/RS. La recopilación de datos se llevó a cabo a través de una entrevista semiestructurada. El análisis de los datos y la información se basó en el enfoque del Análisis Textual Discursivo desarrollado por Roque Moraes y Maria do Carmo Galiazzi. Como resultado, se identificó que estos son obstáculos que los docentes deben enfrentar y/o superar para llevar a cabo estas prácticas: la extensa jornada de trabajo de los profesores, la ausencia de Internet en las escuelas, la escasa o nula inversión financiera para las excursiones, la escasez de reuniones para la planificación, la ausencia de las familias de los estudiantes en el entorno escolar y la falta de seguimiento psicológico en las escuelas. Se espera que los resultados de esta investigación puedan ayudar a los docentes, gerentes, el equipo del Programa de Trayectorias Creativas/UFRGS y la Secretaría de Estado de Rio Grande do Sul a reconocer los desafíos que enfrentan los docentes a diario en el desarrollo de actividades diferenciadas. Aún así, se espera que acompañado de este reconocimiento, haya mayores inversiones en educación pública.Este artigo tem como objetivo identificar os desafios que os professores enfrentam ao realizar atividades interdisciplinares e ações integradoras no Programa Trajetórias Criativas. O referido programa proporciona a correção da distorção idade-ano em jovens de 15 a 17 anos que estão no Ensino Fundamental II. A partir de uma abordagem teórico-metodológica são propostas ações educativas abertas por meio da integração de diferentes áreas do conhecimento, favorecendo o desenvolvimento de autonomia, criação, protagonismo e autoria no grupo de professores e estudantes. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida a partir de uma abordagem qualitativa, onde os sujeitos foram seis professores de uma Escola Estadual de Ensino Fundamental, localizada no município de Alvorada/RS. A coleta de dados ocorreu por meio de entrevista não estruturada. Após, analisou-se o material a partir da abordagem de Análise Textual Discursiva desenvolvida por Roque Moraes e Maria do Carmo Galiazzi. Como resultados, identificou-se que são desafios que os professores precisam lidar e/ou superar: a extensa jornada de trabalho dos professores, ausência de internet nas escolas, baixo ou inexistente investimento financeiro para saídas de campo, escassez de reuniões para planejamento, ausência das famílias dos estudantes dentro do ambiente escolar e carência de acompanhamento psicológico nas escolas. Espera-se que os resultados desta pesquisa possam auxiliar os professores, gestores, a equipe do Programa Trajetórias Criativas/UFRGS e a Secretaria Estadual do Rio Grande do Sul a reconhecer os desafios que os professores enfrentam diariamente no desenvolvimento de atividades diferenciadas.
