Health educational practices in the multidisciplinary context: experience report

Summary: | Introduction: The training of professionals, focused on the Unified Health System (SUS), has been a relevant topic in health education, thus boosting the training of the professionals for a differentiated performance. In this sense, the Multiprofessional Residency Program in Family Health (PRMSF) is supported by the process of teaching, learning and professional practice in loco. The educational practices, through integrative seminars, articulate contents from different areas of knowledge and provide an exchange of experience between the professionals involved. Objectives: Report the contributions of educational practices developed in the form of seminars. Methodology: This is a qualitative study with a descriptive-reflective approach, experience report type, based on the execution of face-to-face and virtual seminars, developed based on the experience of organizing and participating in seminars developed by PRMSF residents, allied with the Municipal Public Health School, in the municipality of Cascavel/PR. Results and discussion: Working on content aimed at professional practice, by conducting seminars, stimulates the process of integration and closer relations between residents, preceptors, instructors and health workers, proposing reflections on the work process contributing to quality care. Conclusion: The seminars stand out as an alternative to carrying out educational practices in health, allowing the articulation of several professionals simultaneously, for collective construction of knowledge, in order to meet the principles and guidelines of the SUS. The importance of continuity of the seminars plan is pointed out, following up on the critical-reflectives analysis generated. |

En este sentido, el Programa de Residencia Multiprofesional en Salud de la Familia (PRMSF) se apoya en el proceso de enseñanza, aprendizaje y práctica profesional in situ. Las prácticas educativas, a través de los seminarios integradores, articulan contenidos de las diferentes áreas de conocimiento y proporcionan intercambio de experiencias entre los profesionales involucrados. Objetivo: Informar los aportes de las prácticas educativas desarrolladas en la modalidad de seminarios. Metodología: Se trata de un estudio cualitativo de enfoque descriptivo-reflexivo, tipo de informe de experiencia, basado en la ejecución de seminarios en las modalidades presenciales y virtuales, desarrollados a partir de la experiencia de la organización y participación de seminarios desarrollados por los residentes del PRMSF, junto con la Escuela Municipal de Salud Pública, en el municipio de Cascavel/PR. Resultados y discusión: Trabajar sobre los contenidos enfocados a la práctica profesional, a través de la realización de seminarios, estimula el proceso de integración y fortalecimiento de las relaciones entre residentes, instructores, docentes y trabajadores de la salud, proponiendo reflexiones sobre el proceso de trabajo contribuyendo a una atención de calidad. Conclusión: Los seminarios se destacan como una alternativa para la realización de prácticas educativas en salud, permitiendo la articulación de varios profesionales simultáneamente, para la construcción colectiva del conocimiento, con el fin de cumplir con los principios y lineamientos del SUS. Se señala la importancia de la continuidad del plan del seminario siguiendo los análisis crítico-reflexivos generados.Introdução: A formação de profissionais, voltados para o Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), tem sido um tema relevante no ensino em saúde, impulsionando, assim, a formação de profissionais para uma atuação diferenciada. Nesse sentido, o Programa de Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde da Família (PRMSF) está apoiado no processo de ensino, aprendizado e exercício profissional in loco. As práticas educativas, através dos seminários integradores, articulam conteúdos das diferentes áreas de conhecimento e proporcionam troca de experiência entre os profissionais envolvidos. Objetivo: Relatar as contribuições das práticas educativas desenvolvidas na modalidade de seminários. Metodologia: Trata-se de estudo qualitativo de abordagem descritiva-reflexiva, tipo relato de experiência, baseado na execução de seminários nas modalidades presencial e virtual, desenvolvidos com base na experiência da organização e participação de seminários desenvolvidos pelos residentes do PRMSF, em conjunto com a Escola de Saúde Pública Municipal, no município de Cascavel/PR. Resultados e discussão: Trabalhar os conteúdos voltados para a prática profissional, através da realização de seminários, estimula o processo de integração e estreitamento de relações entre os residentes, preceptores, docentes e trabalhadores da área da saúde, propondo reflexões acerca do processo de trabalho contribuindo para uma assistência de qualidade. Conclusão: Os seminários destacam-se como alternativa para a realização das práticas educativas em saúde, permitindo a articulação de diversos profissionais de forma simultânea, para construção coletiva de saberes, de forma a atender os princípios e diretrizes do SUS.
