Resumo: | Objective: to report the experience of professionals who work in different scenarios in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. Methodology: This is an experience report about the experience of 4 health professionals, 3 nurses and 1 psychologist, who work in different regions of the State of Rio de Janeiro, in different work scenarios: Family Health Strategy; Emergency care unit; Private technical and higher education institution and clinical practice, in the pandemic period from March to April 2020, place of professional activity of the study participants. Results: As a result, the main difficulties and potentialities were faced in the face of the pandemic, in the area of teaching and assistance, which were: Need to adapt to new technological tools; Difficulty in adapting quickly to the transition from classroom teaching to online teaching; Insufficient human and material resources and qualification, in addition to psychological damage; however, the development of the capacity for resilience and professional union was reported. Final Considerations: The psychological damage faced by these professionals is worrying, thus requiring self-care and support among team members in order to ensure their mental health. |

Metodología: Es un relato de experiencia sobre la experiencia de 4 profesionales de la salud, 3 enfermeras y 1 psicólogo, que laboran en diferentes regiones del Estado de Río de Janeiro, en diferentes escenarios de trabajo: Estrategia Salud de la Familia; Unidad de atención de emergencia; Institución privada técnica y de educación superior y práctica clínica, en período pandémico de marzo a abril de 2020, lugar de actividad profesional de los participantes del estudio. Resultados: Como resultado, las principales dificultades y potencialidades enfrentadas frente a la pandemia, en el área de docencia y asistencia, fueron: Necesidad de adaptación a nuevas herramientas tecnológicas; Dificultad para adaptarse rápidamente a la transición de la enseñanza en el aula a la enseñanza en línea; Insuficientes recursos humanos y materiales y calificación, además de daño psicológico; sin embargo, se informó sobre el desarrollo de la capacidad de resiliencia y unión profesional. Consideraciones Finales: El daño psicológico al que se enfrentan estos profesionales es preocupante, por lo que requiere del autocuidado y apoyo de los miembros del equipo para asegurar su salud mental.Objetivo: O presente estudo tem por objetivo relatar a experiência de profissionais que atuam em cenários diferentes ante ao enfrentamento da pandemia de COVID-19. Metodologia: Trata-se de um relato de experiência acerca da vivência de 4 profissionais de saúde, 3 enfermeiras e 1 psicóloga, que atuam em diferentes regiões do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, em diferentes cenários de trabalho: Estratégia de Saúde da Família; Unidade de Pronto Atendimento; Instituição privada de ensino técnico e superior e Consultório clínico, no período pandêmico de março a abril de 2020, local de atuação profissional das participantes do estudo. Resultados: Como resultados, apresentaram-se as principais dificuldades e potencialidades ante o enfrentamento à pandemia, na área de ensino e na assistência, quais foram: Necessidade de adaptação às novas ferramentas tecnológicas; Dificuldade na adaptação rápida à transição do ensino presencial para o ensino online; Insuficiência de recursos humanos e materiais e de qualificação, além de danos psicológicos; porém foi relatado o desenvolvimento da capacidade de resiliência e união profissional.
