Resumo: Objective: Objective: To describe the experiences of students of the undergraduate course in Collective Health at the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) during the curricular internship in the teaching-service-community interaction in Primary Care and the promotion of users' health. Method: Descriptive study, of the experience report type of experiences during the curricular internship in a Primary Care service in the city of Natal, Rio Grande do Norte / RN in the first semester of 2019. Results: From observation and conversation with professionals and users, students were able to outline objectives and plan experiences focused on mental health, medicalization and qualified listening, with the participation of professionals from the unit and guests, in addition to the users of the unit. health of conducting the internship. Conclusions: Experiences experienced during the curricular stage in Primary Care were presented as an important strategy for the strengthening of the teaching-service-community interaction and in the preparation of the student to use the living environment of their professional practice. The moments focused on health promotion were rich and important in the development of the students in the expansion of their perception of the concept of health-disease, comprising this as multifactorial and unique in each person.

Método: Estudio descriptivo, del tipo de relato vivencial de vivencias durante el internado curricular en un servicio de Atención Primaria en la ciudad de Natal, Rio Grande do Norte / RN en el primer semestre de 2019. Resultados: De la observación y conversación con el profesionales y usuarios los estudiantes pudieron delinear objetivos y planificar experiencias enfocadas en salud mental, medicalización y escucha calificada, con la participación de profesionales de la propia unidad e invitados, además de los usuarios de la unidad de salud que realizan la pasantía. Conclusiones: Las experiencias vividas durante la pasantía curricular en Atención Primaria se presentaron como una estrategia importante para el fortalecimiento de la interacción enseñanza-servicio-comunidad y en la preparación del alumno para utilizarlas en el ámbito de vida de su práctica profesional. Los momentos enfocados a la promoción de la salud fueron ricos e importantes en el desarrollo de los estudiantes en cuanto a ampliar su percepción del concepto salud-enfermedad, entendiendo este como multifactorial y único en cada persona.Objetivo: Descrever as experiências de discentes do curso de graduação em Saúde Coletiva da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) durante o estágio curricular na interação ensino-serviço-comunidade na Atenção Primária e a promoção da saúde de usuários. Método: Estudo descritivo, do tipo relato de experiência das vivências durantes o estágio curricular em um serviço de Atenção Primária do município de Natal, Rio Grande do Norte/RN no primeiro semestre de 2019. Resultados: A partir da observação e de conversa com os profissionais e os usuários os alunos puderam traçar objetivos e planejar vivências voltadas a saúde mental, medicalização e escuta qualificada, contando com a participação de profissionais da própria unidade e convidados, além dos usuários da unidade de saúde de realização do estágio. Conclusões: As vivências experenciadas durante o estágio curricular em Atenção Básica se apresentaram como uma importante estratégia para o fortalecimento da interação ensino-serviço-comunidade e na preparação do discente para usa inserção no ambiente vivo de sua prática profissional.
