Resumo: Objective: to describe public health policies in attention to the LGBTQIA + population. Methods: this is an integrative literature review, using the Scielo, LILACS and BDENF databases. Results: in view of the theme, four (4) axes stand out as a result: Legal foundation milestones in health care for the LGBTQIA+ population; Responsibilities and attributions related to the Ministry of Health; Responsibility and assignments related to state health departments; Responsibilities; assignments related to municipal health departments. Conclusion: thus, the need for greater training of health professionals for the reception can be highlighted. and providing services plus services to this population. Becoming a more holistic, comprehensive and equitable service.

Métodos: se trata de una revisión integrativa de la literatura, a través de las bases de datos Scielo, LILACS y BDENF. Resultados: sobre el tema, se destacan como resultado 04 (cuatro) ejes: Fundamentos jurídicos en la atención a la salud de la población LGBTQIA+; Responsabilidades y atribuciones relacionadas con el Ministerio de Salud; Responsabilidad y deberes relacionados con las Secretarías de Estado de Salud; Responsabilidades; atribuciones relacionadas con las direcciones municipales de salud. Conclusión: por lo tanto, es posible resaltar la necesidad de una mayor formación de los profesionales de la salud para la recepción y prestación de servicios más calificados a esta población. Convertirse en un servicio más holístico, integral y equitativo.Objetivo: descrever as políticas públicas de saúde na atenção à população LGBTQIA+. Métodos: trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de literatura, através das bases de dados SCIELO, LILACS e BDENF. Resultados: diante do tema, destacam-se como resultado 04 (quatro) eixos: Marcos de fundamentação legal na atenção à saúde da população LGBTQIA+; Responsabilidades e atribuições relacionadas ao Ministério da Saúde; Responsabilidade e atribuições relacionadas às Secretarias estaduais de saúde; Responsabilidades; atribuições relacionadas às Secretarias municipais de saúde. Conclusão: sendo assim, pode-se destacar a necessidade de maior capacitação dos profissionais de saúde para o acolhimento e prestação de serviços mais qualificados à essa população.
