Teenage gestation relapse: experienced potentialities and fragilities

Resumo: Adolescent pregnancy is still a period that needs more follow-up, both in the family nucleus and at school and with health professionals. The objective of this research was to construct an informative primer, emphasizing the care to prevent recidivism of gestation in adolescence. An action research was carried out, with qualitative approach used the methodology of research group care. The Human Care Theory was developed by Margaret Jean Watson as part of the Caritas Clinical Process. This process is used to instrumentalize and assist nurses in conducting group care. From the process of analysis of the results obtained in the meetings emerged four categories: "Fragilities involving the environment of pregnancy in adolescence"; "Lack of Family Dialogue"; "School Abandonment after the Birth of the Son"; and "Gestational Recidivism". After analyzing the results, an informative booklet was constructed, with the main speeches of the adolescents who emphasized having a hopeful look for the future, and that dialogue is fundamental.

Se objetivó en esta investigación construir una cartilla informativa, enfatizando el cuidado para prevenir la reincidencia de gestación en la adolescencia. Se realizó una investigación-acción, con abordaje cualitativo utilizó la metodología de investigación cuidado en grupo. Se utilizó la Teoría del Cuidado Humano, desarrollada por Margaret Jean Watson, como elemento del Proceso Clínico Caritas. Este proceso se utiliza para instrumentalizar y auxiliar al enfermero a conducir la efectividad del cuidado en grupo. A partir del proceso de análisis de los resultados obtenidos en los encuentros surgieron cuatro categorías: "Fragilidades que envuelven el entorno del embarazo en la adolescencia"; "Falta de diálogo familiar"; "Abandono Escolar después del Nacimiento del Hijo"; y "Reincidencia Gestacional". Después del análisis de los resultados se construyó una cartilla informativa, con las principales palabras de las adolescentes que enfatizaron tener una mirada esperanzadora para el futuro, y que el diálogo es fundamental.A gravidez na adolescência necessita de acompanhamento, tanto no núcleo familiar como escolar e com profissionais da saúde. Objetivou-se construir uma cartilha informativa, enfatizando a prevenção da reincidência de gestação na adolescência. Foi realizada uma pesquisa-ação, com abordagem qualitativa, metodologia de pesquisa cuidado em grupo e a Teoria do Cuidado Humano, de Watson, como elemento do Processo Clinical Caritas, utilizado para instrumentalizar e auxiliar o enfermeiro a conduzir a efetivação do cuidado em grupo. A partir do processo de análise dos resultados obtidos, emergiram quatro categorias: “Fragilidades que envolvem o entorno da gravidez na adolescência”; “Falta de Diálogo Familiar”; “Abandono Escolar após o Nascimento do Filho”; “Reincidência Gestacional”.
