Remote teaching: experience and experiences of pedagogical residents in high school biology classes

Resumo: To contain the speed of spread of Covid-19, the MEC pointed out a way, exceptionally authorized remote teaching, insofar as professionals used technological means of information and communication. Pedagogical Residency (RP) is one of the federal government programs, whose purpose of the initiative is to support higher education institutions in the implementation of innovative projects that stimulate the articulation between theory and practice in undergraduate courses. The final stages of graduation are faced with great barriers, but the scenario is even more difficult amid the pandemic. In this sense, this study aims to report the experience and experience of pedagogical residents in biology classes in high school, facing the return teaching. This is a study developed by academics/scholarship holders of the Pedagogical Residency Program (RP) of the biology subproject of the State University of Alagoas (UNEAL), in one of the partner schools, under the supervision of the preceptor of Biology at the Costa Rêgo State School, located in the city of Arapiraca-AL. In view of the reports obtained by the residents, satisfaction was perceived in working remotely in high school biology classes, as they claim how challenging and enriching the program was for their personal and professional trajectories. Thus, it is concluded that in the face of the current pandemic scenario, even with the difficulties exposed, this experience was of great value through the knowledge obtained in this program towards the experience of remote teaching, because through it, the academic will have direct contact with the future profession.

La Residencia Pedagógica (RP) es uno de los programas del gobierno federal, cuyo propósito de la iniciativa es apoyar a las instituciones de educación superior en la implementación de proyectos innovadores que estimulen la articulación entre la teoría y la práctica en los cursos de pregrado. Las etapas finales de graduación enfrentan grandes barreras, pero el escenario es aún más difícil en medio de la pandemia. En ese sentido, este estudio tiene como objetivo relatar la experiencia y la experiencia de los residentes pedagógicos en las clases de biología en la escuela secundaria, de cara a la enseñanza de retorno. Este es un estudio desarrollado por académicos/becarios del Programa de Residencia Pedagógica (RP) del subproyecto de Biología de la Universidad Estadual de Alagoas (UNEAL), en una de las escuelas asociadas, bajo la supervisión del preceptor de Biología de la Costa Escuela Estadual Rego., ubicada en la ciudad de Arapiraca-AL. Ante los relatos obtenidos por los residentes, se percibe satisfacción por trabajar de forma remota en las clases de biología del bachillerato, pues afirman lo desafiante y enriquecedor que fue el programa para sus trayectorias personales y profesionales. Así, se concluye que, ante el actual escenario de pandemia, aún con las dificultades expuestas, esta experiencia fue de gran valor a través de los conocimientos obtenidos en este programa hacia la experiencia de la docencia a distancia, pues a través de ella, el académico tendrá contacto con la futura profesión.Para conter a velocidade de disseminação da Covid-19, o MEC apontou um caminho, autorizou em caráter excepcional, o ensino remoto, na medida em que os profissionais utilizassem meios tecnológicos de informação e comunicação. Residência pedagógica (RP) é um dos programas do governo federal, cuja finalidade da iniciativa é apoiar instituições de ensino superior na implementação de projetos inovadores que estimulem a articulação entre teoria e prática nos cursos de licenciatura. As fases finais da graduação encontram-se grandes barreiras, mas o cenário fica ainda mais difícil em meio a pandemia. Neste sentido, este estudo tem por objetivo relatar a vivência e experiência de residentes pedagógicas em turmas de biologia no ensino médio, diante do ensino retomo. Trata-se de um estudo desenvolvido pelas acadêmicas/bolsistas do Programa Residência pedagógica (RP) do subprojeto de Biologia da Universidade Estadual de Alagoas (UNEAL), em uma das escolas parceiras, sob a supervisão da professora preceptora de Biologia da Escola Estadual Costa Rêgo, localizada na cidade de Arapiraca-AL. Diante dos relatos obtidos pelas residentes, percebeu-se satisfação em atuar de forma remota nas turmas de biologia do ensino médio, na medida em que, as mesmas alegam o quanto o programa foi desafiador e enriquecedor para suas trajetórias pessoal e profissional.
