First aid in nursery: integrative literature review

Resumo: The related research deals with an integrative literature review on the importance of first aid in daycare to approach teachers and monitors regarding the knowledge of first aid techniques. Objective: To demonstrate the importance of training teachers and staff in the basics of first aid. Materials and Method: Integrative literature review in the following databases: LILACS, MEDLINE, BIREME and the SCIELO portal. Original articles published in full, in Portuguese, English and Spanish, from 2015 to 2020 were included. Results and discussion: Of the 43 articles found, 15 meet the inclusion criteria. The selected articles were analyzed by author (year), scientific journal, material and methods, relevant public and degree of evidence. Conclusion: From the results found, it can be concluded that teachers and daycare workers are unprepared for urgent and emergency situations, showing fear and insecurity to perform the procedure.

Objetivo: Demostrar la importancia de capacitar a los maestros y al personal en los conceptos básicos de primeros auxilios. Materiales y Método: Revisión integrativa de la literatura en las siguientes bases de datos: LILACS, MEDLINE, BIREME y el portal SCIELO. Se incluyeron artículos originales publicados íntegramente, en portugués, inglés y español, de 2015 a 2020. Resultados y discusión: De los 43 artículos encontrados, 15 cumplen con los criterios de inclusión. Los artículos seleccionados fueron analizados por autor (año), revista científica, material y métodos, público relevante y grado de evidencia. Conclusión: De los resultados encontrados se puede concluir que los docentes y los trabajadores de la guardería no están preparados para situaciones de urgencia y emergencia, mostrando miedo e inseguridad para realizar el procedimiento.A pesquisa relacionada trata de uma revisão bibliográfica do tipo integrativa sobre a importância dos primeiros socorros em creche para abordar professores e monitores quanto ao conhecimento das técnicas de primeiros socorros. Objetivo: Demonstrar a importância da capacitação dos professores e funcionários em noções básicas de primeiros socorros. Materiais e Método: Revisão integrativa da literatura nas seguintes bases de dados: LILACS, MEDLINE, BIREME e no portal SCIELO. Foram incluídos artigos originais publicados na íntegra, nos idiomas português, inglês e espanhol, no período de 2015 a 2020. Resultados e discussão: Dos 43 artigos encontrados, 15 atendem os critérios de inclusão. Os artigos selecionados foram analisados autor (ano), periódico cientifica material e métodos, público relevante e grau de evidência.
