The general objective of the research was to perform a data collection that made it possible to track the onlendings of the FNDE, which, within the scope of the PNAE, which are directed to family agriculture units, which made it possible to evaluate the effective consumption by twelve municipalities of Costa Of the minimum percentages required by law, and to raise public call procedures for the acquisition of foodstuffs from family farms to evaluate, through the use of quantitative indicators, the number of Processes, transparency of processes, inclusive capacity, resource application and economic efficiency, ending with the identification and evaluation of possible correlations between the indicators. The study was developed around the following research problem: The municipalities are being efficient in relation to the resources passed on by the FNDE for the National School Feeding Policy, which deals with the acquisition of foodstuffs, in the context of evaluation of the transparency of processes, capacity Inclusive, resource application and economic efficiency from the perspective of family farming? The hypothesis raised was that even the municipalities directing the percentage required by law, there is a low realization of the resources invested, due to the low participation of the family agriculture units, in their respective municipalities, in the processes of public call, either by bureaucracy, by ignorance Process or economic disinterest. Thus, identifying and understanding these elements, it becomes possible to create indicators to measure the efficiency achieved by municipalities in the processes of public call. The research was characterized as inductive in its accomplishment, bibliographical, descriptive and documentary regarding the objectives, quantitative in its approach, and it was used of content analysis and delimitation and application of indicators for measurement and evaluation, being that this methodology was applied in a Of 12 municipalities, and the evaluations occurred according to the samples, which varied for each group of indices and indicators. Based on the results of the indicators and the evaluation of the existence of correlation between them, and considering the joint analysis of these results, it was concluded that the municipalities are not being efficient in the application of the resources passed through the FNDE in the context of the National School Feeding Policy , For the acquisition of foodstuffs from family agriculture, considering process transparency, inclusive capacity, resource application and economic efficiency.
