Resumo: The main objective of this work is to raise and discuss the resources identified in a landfill operation carried out in a public port in the Northeast (BR). The research was based on a qualitative approach and the analyzes were carried out based on observations and interviews with the main managers responsible for the companies that actively participate in the unloading operation, based on the results on their perceptions. As main results it was possible to discuss the failures and problems present in the operation with respect to the management of resources, in addition to the incomplete perception of managers regarding the management of these resources by their companies.

La investigación se basó en un enfoque cualitativo y los análisis se realizaron en base a observaciones y entrevistas con los principales gerentes responsables de las empresas que participan activamente en la operación de descarga, en función de los resultados de sus percepciones. Como resultados principales fue posible discutir las fallas y problemas presentes en la operación con respecto a la gestión de recursos, además de la percepción incompleta de los gerentes con respecto a la gestión de estos recursos por parte de sus empresas.O objetivo principal deste trabalho é levantar e discutir os recursos identificados em uma operação de descarga realizada em um porto público do Nordeste (BR). A pesquisa foi pautada em uma abordagem qualitativa e as análises foram realizadas a partir de observações e entrevistas com os principais gestores responsáveis pelas empresas que participam da operação de descarga ativamente, baseando-se os resultados em suas percepções.
