Para alcançar este objetivo, estabeleceu-se um panorama da trajetória da legislação sobre o ensino de Arte no Brasil; examinou-se as relações entre a polivalência no ensino de Arte da década de 1970 com a lei 13.278 de 2016; caracterizou-se o perfil dos participantes da pesquisa - Licenciandos Artes Visuais e Música na modalidade EaD da maior universidade municipal do país e Professores de Arte no Ensino fundamental de uma Rede Municipal de Educação situada na Região Metropolitana do Vale do Paraíba e Litoral Norte - SP - e analisou-se como professores e estudantes de licenciatura desenvolveram e idealizam a sua ação docente, acerca do trabalho com as linguagens de arte: Artes Visuais, Dança, Música, Teatro e Artes Integradas. Metodologicamente, esta pesquisa foi conduzida pela abordagem qualitativa com objetivos descritivos e exploratórios. A coleta de dados, foi efetuada por meio dos procedimentos: questionário e análise documental em consonância com a pesquisa bibliográfica. A análise qualitativa das informações ocorreu a partir de gráficos gerados pela plataforma Google Forms e o software Excel, assim como pelas nuvens de palavras produzidas pelo site Jasondavies. O percurso analítico foi desenvolvido com base na Análise do Discurso (FIORIN, 2008) e da Triangulação das informações coletadas (MINAYO, 2010). Assim, os resultados desse estudo demonstraram que os participantes dessa pesquisa foram em sua maioria: mulheres, de cor de pele branca com formação inicial em Artes Visuais. A coleta de informações evidenciou que o ensino de Arte orientado pela lei n° 13.278/2016 apresenta grandes dilemas, uma vez que os resultados indicaram que a formação dos Universitários de Artes Visuais e Música e a prática pedagógica dos Professores de Arte fazem apenas alusão às linguagens artísticas. Constatou-se ainda a predominância das Artes Visuais desde as referências teóricas apresentadas na Matriz Curricular da Rede Municipal de Ensino, às análises de sites e de Projetos Pedagógicos de Cursos (PPC) das licenciaturas em Música e Artes Visuais cujas propostas mencionam a articulação dos conhecimentos das linguagens da Arte, apesar desses documentos revelarem que os cursos dedicam apenas uma disciplina no currículo, sendo insuficiente para abarcar toda a problemática de mediação do ensino e da aprendizagem das Artes Visuais, Dança, Música, Teatro e Artes Integradas no contexto da Educação Básica. Verificou-se Ana Mae Barbosa como o referencial teórico central e bem como a pouca expressividade de artistas contemporâneos como referências destacadas pelos participantes. Observa-se que Artes Integradas são compreendidas pelos sujeitos da pesquisa a partir da relação entre a tecnologia e as demais linguagens artísticas. A implicação deste estudo, foi abranger o impasse da polivalência das linguagens da Arte que se apresenta como uma demanda da Educação e não dos Educadores.Abstract: The present study aimed to investigate the context and concerns about the versatility of artistic languages in the teaching of Art. To get this objective, an overview of the trajectory of legislation on the teaching of Art in Brazil was established; the relation between versatility in the teaching of Art in the 1970s and Law 13,278 of 2016 was examined; the profile of the research participants was characterized - Visual Arts and Music Graduates in distance education from the largest municipal university in the country and Art Teachers in elementary education of a Municipal Education Network located in the Metropolitan Region of Vale do Paraíba and Litoral Norte - SP - and it was analyzed how teachers and undergraduate students developed and idealized their teaching action, about working with the languages of art: Visual Arts, Dance, Music, Theater and Integrated Arts. Methodologically, this research was conducted using a qualitative approach with descriptive and exploratory objectives. Data collection was carried out using the following procedures: questionnaire and document analysis with the bibliographic research. The qualitative analysis of the information occurred from the graphics generated by the Google Forms platform and the Excel software, as well as by the word clouds produced by the Jasondavies website. The analytical path was developed based on Discourse Analysis (FIORIN, 2008) and on the triangulation of the information collected (MINAYO, 2010). Thus, the results of this study highlighted that the participants in this research were mostly: women, white and trained in Visual Arts. The collection of information showed that the teaching of Art guided by Law No. 13,278 / 2016 presents important dilemmas, since the results indicated that the training of the University of Visual Arts and Music and the pedagogical practice of Art Teachers just allude to the artistic languages. The predominance of Visual Arts was found, from the theoretical references presented in the Curriculum of the Municipal Education Network, to the analysis of websites and Pedagogical Course Projects (PCP) of degrees in Music and Visual Arts whose proposals mention the articulation of the knowledge of languages of Art, although these documents show that the courses dedicate only one subject in the curriculum, being insufficient to cover all the problems of mediation in the teaching and learning of Visual Arts, Dance, Music, Theater and Integrated Arts in the context of Basic Education. Ana Mae Barbosa was found to be the most important theoretical framework and the participants highlighted as references based on their little expressiveness of contemporary artists. It is observed that Integrated Arts are understood by the research subjects from the relation between technology and other artistic languages.
