The official gazette of the Federal District as a source for the history of education (1967-1971)

Resumo: This paper is aimed at analyzing the Official Gazette of the Federal District (DODF) as a source for the history of education in that region between the years 1967 and 1971, introducing some research possibilities published therein. All the issues of the DODF published within the research focus were read, specifically the news section, in which initially the City Hall and later the Government of the Federal District conveyed information regarding the services provided by them to the population, including education. The references found related to school education in all its levels and modalities were raised and recorded in the reading process, generating a database. Ten topics related to the universe of school and schooling were identified in the newspaper: school practices in primary education; high school; teaching profession; regular education; teaching management; construction of schools; circulation of pedagogical models; special education; classroom material culture, and kindergartens that, as a whole, present multiple possibilities for writing the history of education in the Federal District.

El artículo tiene como objetivo analizar el Diario Oficial del Distrito Federal (DODF) como fuente para la historia de la educación en esa región, entre los años 1967 a 1971, presentando algunas posibilidades de investigación que anuncia. Se leyeron todos los números del DODF publicados en el período de la pesquisa, específicamente la sección de noticias, en la que inicialmente la Alcaldía y posteriormente el Gobierno del Distrito Federal transmitieron información respecto a los servicios que brindaban a la población, entre los que se encontraba el de educación. En este proceso de lectura se levantaron y archivaron las referencias encontradas relacionadas con la educación escolar en todos sus niveles y modalidades, conformando una base de datos. En la revista se identificaron diez temas vinculados al mundo de la escuela y la escolarización: prácticas escolares en la educación primaria; escuela secundaria; profesión docente; enseñanza normal; gestión docente; construcción de escuelas; circulación de modelos pedagógicos; educación especial; la cultura material escolar y los jardines de infancia, que en su conjunto presentan múltiples posibilidades para escribir la historia de la educación en el Distrito Federal.O artigo tem por objetivo analisar o Diário Oficial do Distrito Federal (DODF) como fonte para a história da educação naquela região, entre os anos de 1967 e 1971, apresentando algumas possibilidades de pesquisa que ele anuncia. Procedeu-se à leitura de todos os números do DODF publicados no recorte da pesquisa, especificamente, a seção de notícias, nas quais inicialmente a Prefeitura e depois o Governo do Distrito Federal veiculavam informações relativas aos serviços que prestavam à população, dentre os quais estava a educação. Nesse processo de leitura foram levantadas e fichadas as referências encontradas relativas à educação escolar em todos os seus níveis e modalidades, formando um banco de dados.
