In the current soccer, we have in evidence a great discussion regarding the decisions of the arbitration and how they can interfere in the final result of a match and, consequently, in a championship. The objective of this work is to talk about the influence of referees' decisions in games regarding the psychological effects on soccer players. For this, the methodology of bibliographic review will be used in which will be analyzed works that involve the arbitration, from the pre-game pressure to the aspects within a game, the player, as stress factors present in the life of the athletes and in order to work the referee and player relationship. Within the expected results, we will have negative aspects regarding wrong decisions of the referee, which can bring a high level of stress of the player, can have consequences and reflect on their sporting performance both individually and collectively
