This research results of a concern about the role of geography in the analysis of conflict in its various ramifications. Was elected the territory to be the guiding concept of the entire research, because it shows how this geographic concept works for the analysis of these conflicts. We opted for the choice of the Palestinian issue as a case study because it is a conflict in which the concept of territory proves meaningful and important to its understanding. Palestine today is disintegrated, leading to academic and public opinion to disconsider it as a possible future state. However, Palestine and its identity find forces through the discussion, in the assertion that this is a people with important territorial claims that justify its self-determination. So, this research will try to understand this issue with the scope of geographical science, using the territory to apprehend reality as much as possible in an effort to keep the Palestine issue active. The survey on the concept of territory will be held from the choice of works from two geographers, such as Friedrich Ratzel and Claude Raffestin, because it is believed that the Palestinian issue requires a dynamic geographic view, and a search that unites classical geography and critical geography can present this vision that the research demands. Therefore, the main goal of this work is to demonstrate the importance of geographical look to unravel the great themes of contemporary political sphere
