A história oral como uma abordagem didático-pedagógica na disciplina política educacional brasileira de um curso de licenciatura em matemática

Resumo: This research is part of a major project entitled “Oral History as resource on development of early and continued formation of Mathematics teachers”, idealized and coordinated by the adviser of this project, whom main objective is to elaborate, apply and analyze strategies of formation of Mathematics teachers in degree on Mathematics, Pedagogy and Extension, so that Oral History (OH) take a significant part on this formation. Analyzing the contributions, limitations and potential of OH as a didactic-pedagogic approach on the Brazilian Educational Policy (BEP) discipline, from an intervention with this discipline on the degree in Mathematics of Unesp/Rio Claro was the objective of this research. On the intervention, we sought to exercise the OH and a possible approach for the treatment of subjects worked in the discipline; for the investigation, OH was adopted as a research method. The results are presented from two thematic; one is related to early formation of math teachers and the other, to possibilities brought by the usual procedures used in OH for the BEP discipline. Broadly, it’s pointed out that OH, as a didactic-pedagogic approach: valorized the touch of future teacher with narrated experiences (of current teachers) about school situations, placing undergraduates in an exercise in understanding the issues that surround them; promoted inversions of opinion by students on the topics investigated, which we agree to characterize the processes of formation (of Mathematics teachers); consisted as a way of description of the personal and professional journey of undergraduates in History. The research evidences an initiative that waves for contemplation and may mark out a future implementation of OH on the schedule of activities on the BEP discipline for degree in Mathematics

The research evidences an initiative that waves for contemplation and may mark out a future implementation of OH on the schedule of activities on the BEP discipline for degree in MathematicsEsta pesquisa é parte integrante dos interesses de um projeto maior intitulado “A História Oral como recurso no desenvolvimento da formação inicial e continuada de professores de Matemática”, idealizado e coordenado pela orientadora deste trabalho, cujo objetivo principal é elaborar, aplicar e analisar estratégias de formação de professores de Matemática em cursos de Licenciatura em Matemática, Pedagogia e Extensão, de modo que a História Oral (HO) participe de forma significativa. Elaborar uma compreensão sobre as contribuições, limitações e potencialidades da HO como uma abordagem didático-pedagógica na disciplina Política Educacional Brasileira (PEB), a partir de uma intervenção junto a esta disciplina do curso de licenciatura em Matemática da Unesp/Rio Claro, foi o objetivo desta pesquisa. Na intervenção, buscou-se exercitar a HO como uma abordagem possível para o tratamento de temas trabalhados na referida disciplina; já na investigação, a HO foi adotada como uma metodologia de pesquisa. Os resultados são apresentados a partir de duas temáticas, uma relativa à formação inicial de professores de matemática e outra às possibilidades trazidas pelos procedimentos comumente utilizados em HO à disciplina PEB. Em linhas gerais, eles apontam que a HO, como uma abordagem didático-pedagógica: valorizou o contato de futuros professores com experiências narradas (por docentes em exercício) sobre situações escolares, colocando os licenciandos em um exercício de compreensão dos aspectos que as circundam; promoveu inversões de opinião por parte dos estudantes acerca dos temas investigados, o que concordamos caracterizar os processos de formação (de professores de matemática); constituiu-se como um caminho de inscrição do percurso pessoal e profissional dos licenciandos na História.
