Resumo: | Technological developments in dental diagnostic area for images facilitated access and file radiographic images digitally. The project goal is to improve the oral health of the population by performing radiographs to assist in the preparation of dental diagnosis to prevention, treatment and follow the maxillofacial complex disease patients, streamlining and improving dental care with new imaging technologies radiographic, and to promote the teaching-research-extension, contributing to the academic training in specialties. The availability of digital radiographic image is an advance in patient care and in the educational process and it is important the domain by the professionals of this technology to better serve the community. |

O objetivo do projeto é melhorar a saúde bucal da população por meio da realização de exames radiográficos que auxiliem na elaboração do diagnóstico odontológico para prevenção, tratamento e proservação das enfermidades do complexo bucomaxilofacial, agilizando e melhorando os atendimentos odontológicos com novas tecnologias de imagem radiográfica, e promovendo a articulação ensino-pesquisaextensão contribuindo para a formação acadêmica integradora.
