Resumo: This research aimed to understand the impact that the testimony of Myrthes Silva promoted in the process of social transformation in the Jardim Silvina district of São Bernardo do Campo, from its own perspective. Taking as a method the history of life, and as a technical procedure the analysis of the content, we seek to analyze, through a semi-structured interview made to Myrthes, how his testimony affected the process of social transformation in Silvina, and also understand the assumptions and influences by behind his testimony, understanding, prioress, that his testimony obtained strong religious influence, especially of the values of Jesus taught from a Calvinist perspective. Given the data collected, we can infer that Myrthes made it possible for the Jd community. Silvina Social projects such as Creche Bethel, where the programs Viva-Leite, Child Making Art, and 888 (Good Ball, Good School and Computing Good) are carried out. We can also observe the incidence of Myrthes testimony through these social projects. Through her testimony she provoked and underwent transformation.

Through her testimony she provoked and underwent transformation.Esta pesquisa se propôs a compreender quais os impactos que o testemunho de Myrthes Silva promoveu no processo de transformação social no bairro Jardim Silvina, São Bernardo do Campo, a partir de sua própria perspectiva. Tomando como método a história de vida, e como procedimento técnico a análise do conteúdo, buscamos analisar, através de entrevista semi­ estruturada feita à Myrthes, como seu testemunho afetou o processo de transformação social no Silvina, e compreender ainda os pressupostos e influências por trás do seu testemunho, entendendo, a priori, que seu testemunho obteve forte influência religiosa, especialmente dos valores de Jesus ensinados a partir de uma perspectiva calvinista. Diante dos dados coletados, podemos inferir que Myrthes possibilitou à comunidade do Jd. Silvina projetos Sociais como Creche Betel, onde são realizados os programas Viva-Leite, Criança Fazendo Arte, e o BBB (Bom de Bola, Bom Escola e Bom de Computação). Podemos observar também a incidência do testemunho de Myrthes através destes projetos sociais.
