Resumo: We will search the construction of Jacques Lacan about the genesis of the subject in the text The stage of the mirror. For this construction is necessary that the symbolic comes from the imaginary. Is necessary a "Deny" for the construction of this which will come with the primordial affirmation. In this sense, the author of the article will show up the discussion in France during the 50's between Jean Hyppolite and Jacques Lacan about the origin of the symbolic. Therefore we will have the subject of the enunciation. The conclusion of this is the psychic device.

El autor visa demostrar que el imaginario viene como una consecuencia de lo simbólico. Para tanto, es necesario que haya la génesis de lo sujeto pelo simbólico. Lacan hace uso de la filosofía para trabajar la concepción del sujeto. Las discusiones de Lacan son con la filosofía de Hegel a partir de Jean Hyppolite en los de 1950 en Francia. La consecuencia es el origen de la palabra que vene con la imagen surgiendo el aparato psíquico con el sujeto de la enunciación.A partir do texto O estádio do espelho como formador da função do eu procuramos demonstrar que as construções do imaginário não acontecem sem a ação do simbólico. Para que essa construção se configure, é necessária uma "Denegação" (Die Verneinung) seguida da afirmação primordial. Nesse sentido, recuperamos os debates de Lacan com Jean Hyppolite, nos anos de 1950, na França, para demonstrar que Lacan elevou para a filosofia as discussões sobre a gênese do simbólico.
