Resumo: The work that follows below wants an articulation between two camps, imaginarily, would be mutually exclusive, that is, literature and psychoanalysis. is not, however, that are therefore complementary but, in addition, dialogicibel and, for that reason, capable of throwing light in darkness that another terminating a continuous and fruitful. In this specific case, the flame shall be the concept of speech metonymic, and even more, the own metonymic that one way or another apears both what what the psicanalysis brings to the top and what James Joyce, wonderfully, lends on paper.

O trabalho que segue abaixo pretende uma articulação entre dois campos que, imaginariamente, seriam excludentes, ou seja, a literatura e a psicanálise. não pleiteamos, contudo, que sejam por isso complementares mas, para além disso, dialogicizáveis e, por essa razão, capazes de deitar luz na escuridão que o outro encerra de uma forma contínua e profícua.
