Adjusting GPS networks according to Law 10.267/2001 dispositions

Resumo: In Brazil, there have been several GPS applications and with the introduction of the Law 10.267/2001 that among other dispositions, deals with georeferencing of the rural parcels. However, most commercial softwares of processing and adjustment of GPS data don’t let users to evaluate their results in a reliable way. For example, the constraints are normally used as absolute, which provides results with very optimists precisions. The adoption of additional analyses and the implementation of softwares can reduce these kinds of problems. Thus, a software for adjustment of  GPS networks was developed, aiming at assisting the requirements of the Law 10.267/2001 in a reliable way. In this context, in this work it is analyzed the adjustments of GPS networks, by using absolute and relative constraints. In the latter, the adjustments were accomplished considering and not considering the correlations among the coordinate positions.

No Brasil, várias têm sido as aplicações do GPS e, com o advento da Lei 0.267/2001, a qual, dentre outras disposições, trata do georreferenciamento de imóveis rurais, mais uma aplicação foi adicionada a já extensa lista. No entanto, a maioria dos  softwares comerciais de processamento e ajustamento de dados GPS não permite aos usuários avaliar de forma confiável os seus resultados. Como por exemplo, as injunções são, em geral, utilizadas de forma absoluta, o que proporcionam resultados com precisões muito otimistas. A adoção de análises adicionais e a implementação de aplicativos podem reduzir esses problemas. Sendo assim, foi desenvolvido na FCT/UNESP um software de ajustamento de redes GPS, visando atender de forma confiável os requisitos da Lei 10.267/2001. Dentro deste contexto, neste trabalho foram realizadas análises de ajustamentos de redes GPS, utilizando injunções posicionais absolutas  e relativa. No caso desta última, os ajustamentos foram realizados considerando e não considerando as correlações entre as posições injuncionadas.
