Resumo: RESUMO: O presente artigo objetiva a análise dos monólogos interiores de Dewey Dell, uma das narradoras do romance Enquanto Agonizo (2010), do escritor norte-americano William Faulkner, no que tange ao conceito de narrativa poética. Partindo dos pressupostos teóricos de Jean-Yves Tadié (1978), Ralph Freedman (1971) e Massaud Moisés (2013), pretende-se analisar o modo como se configura o enunciado narrativo de Dewey Dell, no que se refere à estrutura da linguagem e à construção de um arsenal imagético que reflete a subjetividade lírica da narradora. PALAVRAS-CHAVE: William Faulkner. Enquanto agonizo. Dewey Dell. Narrativa poética.     ABSTRACT: This article aims at analyzing the inner monologues of Dewey Dell, one of the narrators of the novel As I Lay Dying (2010), by William Faulkner, regarding the concept of poetic narrative. Departing from the theoretical assumptions of Jean-Yves Tadié (1978), Ralph Freedman (1971) and Massaud Moisés (2013), we intend to analyze the narrative statement of Dewey Dell, with regard to the structure of language and the construction of an arsenal with images that reflect the lyrical subjectivity of the narrator.
