Resumo: This project aim the researcher acting as institutional supporter of the Family Health Strategy in Cristal/RS an inner city of Rio Grande do Sul. Qualitative was the methodology used, theoretical base on Institutional Analysis, and intervention as the research method. The participants were workers from the healthy area, mostly Health Strategy of the city. The workers joined in attended meetings and educational places to produce the informations. The meetings were the tools for getting the informations with the notebook, the interviews, the actions and from the researcher field diaries, analyzed through Institutional Analysis of Baremblitt. As the project results came out two artiles: Institutional support in the daily support of teams and Institutional support in the process of democratization of management in small cities.

As the project results came out two artiles: Institutional support in the daily support of teams and Institutional support in the process of democratization of management in small cities.O presente projeto teve como objetivo descrever a atuação da pesquisadora enquanto apoiadora institucional da Estratégia de Saúde da Família no município de Cristal/RS, que fica no interior do Rio Grande do Sul. A metodologia proposta para a pesquisa foi qualitativa, tendo como base teórica a Análise Institucional e o método da pesquisa intervenção. Os participantes dessa pesquisa foram os/as trabalhadores/as da área da saúde, mais especificamente os da Estratégia de Saúde da Família do município de Cristal/RS. Os/as trabalhadores/as participaram de reuniões e espaço de educação permanente para produção das informações. As ferramentas utilizadas para produção de informações foram as próprias reuniões com a utilização da ata, das entrevistas, das ações e dos Diários de Campo da pesquisadora, as quais foram analisadas através da Análise Institucional de Baremblitt.
