Este estudo teve por objetivo avaliar a ocorrência de burnout entre militares de enfermagem nos Hospitais Militares do Exército Brasileiro do Rio Grande do Sul. Trata-se de um estudo epidemiológico de tipo transversal, envolvendo 173 militares de enfermagem dos cinco hospitais militares do Rio Grande do Sul. Utilizou-se um questionário para caracterização sociodemográfica e profissional e o Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) para avaliação do burnout. As informações foram coletadas entre os meses de dezembro de 2015 e maio de 2016. Para análise dos dados, utilizou-se estatística descritiva e analítica. Os resultados são apresentados por meio de dois artigos, o primeiro denominado, “Prevalência de burnout em trabalhadores de enfermagem militar do Exército Brasileiro no Rio Grande do Sul” em que se evidenciou a ocorrência da síndrome de burnout entre os trabalhadores de enfermagem militar e, o segundo, “Aspectos sociodemográficos e laborais associados ao burnout em trabalhadores de enfermagem militar do Exército Brasileiro” que mostrou um número maior de trabalhadores militares de enfermagem com burnout na capital do Rio Grande do Sul. Conclui-se que o burnout ocorre entre os militares de enfermagem do Exército Brasileiro no Rio Grande do Sul e que medidas e ações de nível primário de saúde podem minimizar os efeitos deletérios dessa doença, como falta de motivação no trabalho, fadiga física e mental.porUniversidade Federal de Santa MariaCentro de Ciências da SaúdePrograma de Pós-Graduação em EnfermagemUFSMBrasilEnfermagemAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessBurnoutEnfermagem militarEnfermagemHospitais militaresExército BrasileiroMilitary nursingNursingMilitary hospitalsBrazilian armyCNPQ::CIENCIAS DA SAUDE::ENFERMAGEMBurnout em trabalhadores de enfermagem militar do Exército Brasileiro no Rio Grande do SulBurnout in military nursing workers of the brazilian army in Rio Grande do Sulinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisDalmolin, Graziele de Limahttp://lattes.cnpq.br/7268927320407160Lunardi, Valéria Lerchhttp://lattes.cnpq.br/8952311421483564Andolhe, Rafaelahttp://lattes.cnpq.br/1631718462183919http://lattes.cnpq.br/8944380991775769Dorneles, Ademir Jones Antunes400400000000600a089c052-df21-46a2-9a0e-262db1f053814836c49a-37ec-4ffa-8706-609e4fb02e761866a292-f199-42cc-b679-f90f4d100329e28a2670-d178-4a92-80d6-5e079f2129efreponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações do UFSMinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM)instacron:UFSMORIGINALDIS_PPGENFERMAGEM_2016_DORNELES_ADEMIR.pdfDIS_PPGENFERMAGEM_2016_DORNELES_ADEMIR.pdfDissertação de Mestradoapplication/pdf2467153http://repositorio.ufsm.br/bitstream/1/17960/1/DIS_PPGENFERMAGEM_2016_DORNELES_ADEMIR.pdfe9fd6ac7b85cbb745c9ec5e8fd63a072MD51CC-LICENSElicense_rdflicense_rdfapplication/rdf+xml;
