Resumo: This article aims to discuss the history and development of theories of knowledge, based on the bibliographic review in which the shortcomings of the production models of classical knowledge were found, focused on the distance between subject/object, on methodological purity and on the impartiality adopted. by the knowing subject to the study and contributions of current epistemologies that criticize this pure and neutral model in the production of knowledge. Based on this context, the research analyzes the contributions to the production of knowledge and scientific research in two Graduate Programs in Law, the first is the Academic Master's Degree in Law at the Federal University of Maranhão and the second is the Professional Master's Degree in Law from the CEUMA University. Therefore, the present investigation was developed through the descriptive methodology about the studied phenomena.

Con base en este contexto, la investigación analiza las contribuciones a la producción de conocimiento e investigación científica en dos Programas de Posgrado en Derecho, el primero es la Maestría Académica en Derecho de la Universidad Federal de Maranhão y el segundo es la Maestría Profesional en Derecho. de la Universidad CEUMA. Por lo tanto, la presente investigación se desarrolló a través de la metodología descriptiva sobre los fenómenos estudiados.O presente artigo objetiva discorrer sobre o desenvolvimento das teorias do conhecimento, com base na revisão bibliográfica em que se constatou a insuficiência dos modelos de produção do conhecimento clássico, teorias que propõem um distanciamento entre sujeito/objeto, com base na pureza metodológica e na imparcialidade adotada pelo sujeito cognoscente até o estudo e contribuições das atuais epistemologias que criticam esse modelo puro e neutro de produção do saber. Partindo desse contexto, a pesquisa analisa as contribuições para o conhecimento científico e da pesquisa acadêmica em dois Programas de Pós-Graduação em Direito: o primeiro é o Mestrado Acadêmico em Direito da Universidade Federal do Maranhão, e o segundo, o Mestrado Profissional em Direito da Universidade CEUMA.
