Resumo: The present work approaches the cyberodium, but does not pretend to exhaust the theme. Freedom of expression is of fundamental importance in the age of rights, but this is not absolute and should therefore be restricted in some cases. The Internet, especially through social networks, has intensified the manifestations of thought. It happens that some acts attempt against the dignity of the human person when they incite violence, as the hate speech involving racism.

A liberdade de expressão é de fundamental importância na era dos direitos, mas esta não é absoluta, devendo, pois, ser restringida em alguns casos. A Internet, especialmente por meio das redes sociais, intensificou as manifestações de pensamento.
