This paper addresses the importance in the acknowledgement of the Paradigm of Care rather than that of Domination, as a guideline for actions towards comprehensive health care for Brazilians since the earliest infancy. Discusses the toxic environment permeating the Covid-19 Pandemic, caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, which amplifies inequality and impacts in the suffering and impoverishment of the population. Indicates the current context in national politics as a source of numerous forms of violence. It introduces love as the fundamental emotion in the history of human evolution and in the relationship between man and nature, as well as pinpointing the value of public policies, in particular those permeated by essential care as a basis to a supportive environment for life, a principle created by the EBBS (Estratégia Brasileirinhas e Brasileirinhos Saudáveis/ Healthy Little Brazilians Strategy), present in the National Policy for Integral Attention to Children’s Health Care and Breastfeeding in the scope of SUS (Universal Health Care System): in the defense of Care in all policies.
