Interprofessionality and matrixing from the perspective of students participating in the PET-Saúde/Interprofessionality

Resumo: The objective was to analyze the conceptions and practices of interprofessionality and matrixing, as well as the potentialities and challenges of its execution, from the perspective of seven students participating in the Education Program for Work for Health/Interprofessionality between 2019 and 2021. The focus group technique was used for data collection, with a guide that discussed: participants’ conception of interprofessionality and matrixing; and potentialities and challenges for the implementation of these practices. The discussion record was submitted to thematic content analysis. It was observed that, in the daily life of services, both interprofessionality and matrixing are presented as proposals that assume the inseparable commitment to foster collaborative practices, built with spaces governed by dialogue and respect for the knowledge and particularities of each discipline. It is considered that including these themes in health education has the potential for the qualification of professional training.

Para la recolección de datos, se utilizó la técnica de grupos focales, con guion sobre la concepción de la interprofesionalidad y el apoyo matricial, y las potencialidades y desafíos para implementar estas prácticas. El registro de la discusión se sometió a análisis de contenido temático. Se observó que, en la vida cotidiana de los servicios, tanto la interprofesionalidad como el apoyo matricial son propuestas con el compromiso inseparable de fomentar prácticas colaborativas, construidas mediante espacios regidos por el diálogo y el respeto por los conocimientos y las particularidades de cada disciplina. Se considera que la inclusión de temas en la educación en salud tiene potencial para cualificar la formación profesional.Objetivou-se analisar as concepções e as práticas de interprofissionalidade e matriciamento, bem como as potencialidades e os desafios de sua execução, na perspectiva de sete estudantes que participaram do Programa de Educação pelo Trabalho para Saúde/Interprofissionalidade entre 2019 e 2021. Utilizou-se a técnica de grupo focal para a coleta dos dados, com um roteiro-guia que versava sobre: concepção sobre interprofissionalidade e matriciamento; e potencialidades e desafios para a efetivação dessas práticas. O registro da discussão foi submetido à análise de conteúdo temática. Observou-se que, no cotidiano dos serviços, tanto a interprofissionalidade quanto o matriciamento apresentam-se como propostas que assumem o compromisso indissociável de fomentar as práticas colaborativas, construídas por meio de espaços regidos pelo diálogo e pelo respeito aos saberes e às particularidades de cada disciplina.
