Resumo: |
The objective was to analyze the conceptions and practices of interprofessionality and matrixing, as well as the potentialities and challenges of its execution, from the perspective of seven students participating in the Education Program for Work for Health/Interprofessionality between 2019 and 2021. The focus group technique was used for data collection, with a guide that discussed: participants’ conception of interprofessionality and matrixing; and potentialities and challenges for the implementation of these practices. The discussion record was submitted to thematic content analysis. It was observed that, in the daily life of services, both interprofessionality and matrixing are presented as proposals that assume the inseparable commitment to foster collaborative practices, built with spaces governed by dialogue and respect for the knowledge and particularities of each discipline. It is considered that including these themes in health education has the potential for the qualification of professional training. |
